Not the first time a device from this manufacturer has done this. I contacted their support and after some back and forth was able to get them to cover some of the cost of the repair. The smart features as slow and freeze a log so you have to wait. You have to agree to a lot of stuff from Samsung in order to use the apps.

It was an okay TV while it lasted

Now there is no picture or sound when I turn it on. Samsung support had me unplug it and plug it back in then suggested I call for a technician to come out and service it. They estimated the cost to be between $120 and $150 or more. Not sure if it's because it was a limited run Black Friday TV or if all their TVs are this way. But chances are I'm not going to buy a Samsung again.

Smart Tv not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not able to go online to websites like cbs.com, even thro I was told surfing the web was not a problem, no info on internal camera or how to shut it down which anyone can activate and watch you (because that's how Lynx,works} customer service is no help with any logical answer reading from a script is not enough. not really worth the extra money should have options to other browsers
