I waited in line on black friday for three hours to get one of these televisions. I bought it and about 1200 dollars worth of other stuff as well, including two 49" toshibas. Due to a mixup, they gave me 3 49" toshibas at the loading dock. I had to make 6 trips, half an hour each way, to provide proof that I had received the wrong item. The store manager was incredibly rude, and the dock worker who switched out the TVs stole the more expensive samsung that I paid for. We know this because the inventory came up correct, and we were called thieves and liars. In the end, after calling corporate, we were able to exchange the extra 49" tv for the samsung. But the store manager made us wait an hour at the front desk before finally bringing us our TV. Everyone was rude, the dock workers, everyone. The treatment we received was absurd. And in the end they didn't even apologize. It took 7 trips and 3 days. And on trip six, we brought back all 3 49" toshibas to show we werent lying, and thats when they finally told us they were out of stock on the Samsungs and we couldn't even get one. They could've told us that on trip 3, instead of just asking for more and more proof. They shouldve let us keep the extra toshiba since they said it wasn't missing from inventory, somehow. There was no compensation for lost time over the holidays and gas, and travel. Truly outrageous behavior by the store manager (a lady, don't recall her name) and incredibly rude treatment including threats from one african american dock worker. The TV itself works good, good brand, good product.

I had been looking at this TV for a while, waiting for the right time to purchase. I was initially a little disappointed with the picture quality. My sister has a similar Samsung 4K TV and the quality of mine seemed less. After some hunting and pecking, I figured out that my satellite box wasn't set to the proper output. Once I changed those settings, the quality met my expectations. One other minor issue was getting everything setup properly to mirror our other Samsung devices on screen. On my son's 32" Samsung TV, there is a "screen mirror" option built into the source menu. That didn't exist on the 55". After a little searching - again - we figured out that I needed to use either the Smart View app on our phones or the screen mirror option in the settings menu of our tablet. This allowed us to mirror our Samsung devices onto the 55" TV. I would have given 5 stars if not for the less-than-clear instructions for sharing content from our other Samsung devices. This might be a little picky. I don't want to take away from my satisfaction with this product. I just think 5 stars should be reserved for excellence and flawlessness. Just my opinion. Overall I am very satisfied with this Samsung TV as I have been with our other Samsung devices. If you're looking for a solid picture at a reasonable price, this may be the TV for you.

We purchased our KU6270 online the day of Thanksgiving. It was delivered on Saturday with no problems. The TV is basically the same as the KU6300. It doesn't have bluetooth or a voice remote, but otherwise it seems the same. The picture quality is a 5 star. The TV itself does seem made a little cheaper. All parts of the TV and stand are made of plastic. My last Samsung was a little more sturdy. The only complaint I have is the stand construction. We followed the instructions to the "T" and part of the base does not fit completely together. There was a small gap caused by the plastic mold and this gap caused the TV to tilt up noticeably and it was also not stable. My son is a mechanical engineer and we were able to create a makeshift solution, but you can tell the plastic pieces are form molded quickly and don't always fit exactly. I will update my review as we use the TV. Most TV's work well out of the box. Things can change 5 months later. For now, I recommend purchasing the KU6270 but only on sale. Otherwise, look at the KU6300.

Purchased this on black Friday for under $500. The man at best buy answering questions about tvs told me this one is not like the normal ones Samsung makes all year long. It was made specifically for best buy as a holiday special which is why it was cheaper than others of its size. He said the only real difference though would be the coloring would not be as great as the more expensive ones, particularly the blacks. Since this tv would be in our living room mostly for my mom and dad, who are older and do not notice things like that, we decided it would be fine. So far we love this tv and the smart functions it has as well as the quality. Only issue we have so far is we need to upgrade our service coming in from dish network because it is not as good as what this tv can handle and it shows when the tv is showing a fast scene, it seems to lag or freeze up for a second. But once we get that fixed it will be great.

I purchased this TV because my other TV got broken and it voided my geek Squad protection plan. So I decided to go to Best Buy for Black Friday sale and purchase a new one. My prior tv was a Samsung 3d TV and I've had for a couple years. This TV is a little bit bigger and the picture is amazing. You can see the pimples on actors faces that normally you couldn't see...you can see everything. I've learned that with 4K you have a 4K HDMI plus 4K device that you're using such as fire TV or a PS4 Pro or something like in order to get 4k quality. You also have to have a 4K quality movie to enjoy it. But this is definitely a new innovation and going to be the next big thing in upcoming years. Overall I would recommend this product is good for the price but it's not the best that I've seen.

We got a great sale price on this TV during Black Friday sales event in 2016. Black Fridays are the best times to shop and save on electronics. However, if you need the merchandise right now, before the next annual Black Friday sales event, be sure to do your homework by shopping around for the best deal, but remember, Best Buy does Add Matches. Take the sales add to Best Buy, to see if they can add match that best price. Best Buy associates are nice and more knowledable than other store associates, which makes the shopping experience so much the better. Also, during the Black Friday sales event of 2015, we purchased the same TV, but in the Curved shape, which we absolutely love, but for 2016 Black Friday sales event, we chose to try the Flat shaped one.

This TV is great for the price. I've only had it for a few weeks so I can't speak on its durability but it's got a great picture for a lower end 4K TV. Don't expect this to be able to match up with higher end models but it's a great TV for the price range. This is almost identical to the 6300 and 6290 models but with slightly less features. Some things to note: - Lacks Bluetooth capability - No composite or component inputs (but who uses those anymore anyway?) - No 3.5mm composite and component adapters - It says it does have HDR capability but it's an 8 panel rather than a 10 panel (from what I've read but I'm not able to tell the difference) - Native refresh rate of 60 (vs 120 of the higher end models)

The samsung ku6270 is a great entry level 4KTV. The differences between this model and the standard ku6300 model are the ku6270 does not have bluetooth capabilities. After adjusting the picture settings to your liking you can get a great picture quality with this tv. This model does support HDR10 content, and to activate it you need to make sure HDMI 1 has the UHD color setting turned on. However, the quality of HDR on this is not as great as the full color panels such as the ks8000 models. The only true negative I have is the auto-dimming. After turning off all of the Eco Solution settings there is still auto dimming when the tv displays dark images. The best way to stop is to set the picture mode to Movie.

Great picture but no RCA audio outputs?

This TV is great. Really good picture quality and the interface is snappy and fairly easy to figure out. However, as is apparently the case with many TVs these days it does not come with either RCA analog audio outputs or a coaxial digital output. Only HDMI and optical audio. As I have a high end stereo setup (not surround sound) that has only RCA and coaxial digital inputs, I will have to buy an optical-to-coax digital converter to be able to hook it up to my stereo. This is SUPER ANNOYING. It is a 2016 model stereo, and this is a 2016 model TV. Samsung should have at least put in either analog RCA or digital coax audio outputs on this thing.

For the price you can't beat a 4k Samsung. Nice and easy the smart plataform. With 4k Netflix content looks great and with Xbox one S is awesome with blue ray 4k. Is not like 3000 dollar TV but 2 year ago probably was the price. Big Cons is not Bluetooth for speakers but if your speakers have wi-fi can connect easily. I put extended warranty just in case. 5 years. You never know. The sound of TV is decent you don't need speakers but if you are a freak go head with 2 Samsung 360 speakers. I get for 55 each in Amazon refurbished. Nice. But no Battery need to be connected all the time. But the sound is terrific.

While the quality of the TV is great, some of the menus and popups that seem to come out of nowhere are a bit annoying. When you first power on the TV there is a menu for what input and a few other things that takes just a bit too long to disappear. Also, you have to change some of the picture settings because the auto dimming of the TV in low light doesn't quite work. It still dims even when you have that setting "turned off". Also, if you see the picture kind of "sliding" when it should be panning its a feature they enable thats supposed to help with blurring but it can be kind of off putting, almost disorienting.

Has been a great tv. Easy set up. Like the remote better than I thought I would. We Like the crystal clear picture. Would give 5 stars if Bluetooth enabled. The sound bar that we were told would be great with it has to be connected with cord because it is Bluetooth enabled but tv is not. There are so many Bluetooth devices that I am not sure how tv is not. Would make screen sharing quicker and easier as well. Other factor we do not like is once sound board hooked up we can not control sound thru tv, so we have 2 remotes to use. Other than that it has been great!

I like the tv for the most part, it has great picture, the smart connectivity is something I haven't had before, so it's great. There are a couple drawbacks though. This model comes with a remote that doesn't have enough buttons... no matter what you're doing, you'll have to cycle through a menu, which is no big deal, but a nicer remote would make things better. The only other problem I've had is that it would turn itself off shortly after I turned it on. It's happened a couple of times, unplugging it and plugging it back in seems to fix the problem

I went to Best Buy on Black Friday because our 55" TV died the day before Xmas Eve. There were sooo many options online and it was so overwhelming. I decided to brave the traffic and go to the store. I am so glad I did. I had a wonderful salesman, who was EXTREMELY knowledgable and helped me pick out this baby. It is better than the one that died and was cheaper due to sales. Great product and the 4K HD is insane. It's like the characters are in the same room as you. Great buy!!! After seeing mine, my mother went out and got one as well :)

I purchased this television on Black Friday for a fantastic price. Setup is really a breeze. It didn't take long to notice that there was a 1 pixel wide vertical line on the screen. A quick call to Best Buy and it's scheduled to be replaced next week. A small setback in an otherwise great purchase. 4k content is beautiful on this television. Standard broadcasts look decent not spectacular. People looking for a better picture from a non-4K source might wind up disappointed, and I recommend checking it out for yourself before buying.

I love this tv! The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is so good I dont need a sound system. Price was excellent on Black Friday. I waited in line at 12:30 am so I got it for under $500. The only downside is it doesnt have component video so you need to have HDMI. Since my other tv is connected to cable via composite video I cant hook this Samsung unit up to cable so am just using an antenna and Apps. I will have to replace the older tv that has composite video so would love to buy another Samsung in 65"!

This was a great upgrade from my 10 year old 42 inch Samsung HD TV (which is still working great!). Picture looks great and the price was good. The only problem I have so far is that there are no S Video or RCA jacks to plug my CD/DVD player into. I will have to run this into my receiver and see if I can get the video to the TV this way. I also wish the stand from my older TV was interchangeable as the base design on this model extends out to far as I have the TV sitting on top of my center surround speaker.

For the price, this was the best option available at the time for the following two reasons:: 1. Upscaling - older content looks a little less clunky 2. HDR - future tech compatible Other TVs at this price point were missing one or the other which meant that current TV wouldn't look its best or I wouldn't be future proofed. I'm glad I bought this TV and it looks beautiful with anything I throw at it. Apps/processing power isn't the best, but I use apple TV anyway which removes any issues.

I bought this one on Black Friday. The main reason I chose it is its price. I like the size and high image quality, of course you need a high quality input source. I've used it for 2 months. I use my laptop to project on TV a lot, and that's why I found that its network conection sometimes disappear for no reason. I'm pretty sure it's tv's problem, because all other mobile devices work as normal when this happen. I just restart the tv or reconnect it online to solve the problem.

Love this TV, but remote is somewhat unique and difficult to use for certain functions. It has sharp image and clear picture. But I am having intermittent sound issue with ATT Cable box where sound works sometime and sometimes it doesn't work at all; no sound coming off from the TV, where I need to turn off TV and let it sit for 5 minutes before turn it back on. For Value wise its good.. but you may need to buy a separate sound bar if you connect to ATT cable box
