I spent days looking at TV's. I did research wondering if not buying a OLED TV was a mistake. However, I did not see the brightness out of the OLED TVs that the Samsung had. After getting this home, it has transformed our TV watching, making our movies and Netflix watching a considerable difference. The tizen interface is easy to use. One recommendation is setting the TV to the HDR setting, I by far makes the picture the best for all TV watching.

Love this TV. Set up was easy. the challenge is all your "other stuff". TV's can only broadcast what they receive. getting 4k through directv, boosting up my wifi, setting the AP's, it all goes with the set up if you want full realization of the capacity this tv has. i knew it going in, got it all done, and happy i did. great pic- you will want a sound bar at least-minimalist remote(i like that)

The 9500 series is the top of the line for Samsung and it shows its rank every time I turn it on. The picture is so realistic and the curved screen offers great perspective, especially on football games. I have the sound running through my home theater system via the optical out on the back of the TV. The video comes via HDMI directly to the TV from the cable box. No other processing needed.

I recently purchased this samsung UN559500FXZ. It is exalanent picuture quality as well as sound. I had an extra sound bar make even better. I like the curve and heautifull finsh the product and also easy to assmble.from the box and set up for the first time. I am recommed to any one who like the newest t.v. technlogy alailable at the market is this one with resonal price from best buy.

I am a tv buff so when the wife said we needed a new tv for the living room I knew this was the tv for me. The color on this thing is amazing. You know when you go to the store and the tv has a amazing picture but when you get it home it doesn't have the same picture, well this tv has the same awsome picture that it had in the store. Do yourself a favor and get this tv.

Amazing design. Good sound. Excellent picture. BUT LIGHT BLEED. It's TERRIBLE! My panel was replaced 3 times. 3 times! !!!! When i bought tv there wasn't any light bleed. In two weeks i found some bleed. My screen was replaced. "Specialist" didn't know how remove back cover! Can you imagine? After 30 min tv was repaired, but new panel was cracked....New panel out of box! The panel was replaced again. In couple hours i found light bleed again!! Also there was something like antiblicking defect. I can't clean screen. The panel replaced again! "Spec" replaced my xfinity DNS settings to Google DNS. And told, that Internet speed will be higher. Ha-Ha!)))))) And now i have absolutely the same issue with my screen. Look like it will be replaced again. Samsung, are you kidding me?

I am using this television as a display for my PC. The picture is phenomenal. The sound quality with the television's speakers alone is magnificent. The HDR capabilities of this display are nothing like I've seen before. If you are looking for a high quality 4k display, then look no further this is the display for you!

I'm very happy with my Samsung smart TV. Geek Squad was great in setting everything up for me when they delivered the TV. I now can get much better pictures and more features than my old TV gave me. I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants easy to operate controls and great sound and pictures.

When you are in the store looking at this curved screen everything looks wonderful and you feel almost a 3D effect. At home, in the dark watching from my bed, it looks like a flat screen. Only you don't have full width of the flat since it is curved so it looks smaller. I use this in my bedroom and it is a lovely item but I wish I had just gotten the flat one. I have a larger, Samsung flat one in the living room and I like it better. The picture is fine with curved and if I am close to it during the day I do see it the way it is supposed to look...or I think it is supposed to look...just like in the store. I also got the sound bar and I don't use it. Too loud for a bedroom. The speakers are just fine on the tv.

This probably the best TV for my bedroom... It's stunning by all means. :) Enjoy

I bought a curved Samsung in 2014 that was not HDR ready. I was skeptical pulling the trigger on the 9500 series of the same TV. I have to say this tv is amazingly diffrent and absolutely beautiful. This TV was on sale and is worth every penny in the 9500 series.

The color. clarity and tone are great. There are so many options in adjustments! And it is easy to use. The curved screen looks great in our family room. Many thanks to the wonderful, helpful sales associates at the Best Buy on Lemont Road in Downers Grove.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase! I read reviews that warned against curve TVs in terms of being able to hang them on the wall. I didn't run into any issues, it's very easy to hang. The picture quality is also phenomenal!! I'm thrilled I bought this TV.

Best TV I have owned! Bright, clear, beautiful picture that displays 4K great. Easy to use, Samsung has created this technological masterpiece! Samsung just keeps getting better and better. I have the 9500 series and the 9800 series is now available.

Waited and waited but finally biught this tv. So glad i did, it's awesome.

The detail is so fine it looks like you're actually there. And the curved screen really does make a big difference; it gives depth to the picture and also prevents any ambient light from raking across the screen (My living room is a wall of glass complete with clerestory windows so there's lots of raking light) The picture is phenomenal!

Excellent TV, great picture and wonderful features such as the smart TV apps. Our only issue is a slight glare we experience only briefly each evening as the sun is setting. The angle of the light catches the curved TV screen and causes a glare / shadow / reflection we did not have on a comparable flat TV in the same location. We live with this as it will only be for 2 weeks a year as the sun set travels across the western sky.
