This makes my second Samsung tv purchase. The picture is great on these TV's but the jury is still out on whether I am completely pleased with it depending on how long it will last seeing as though I haven't used either one for very long and also the customer service I receive if I do have a problem with it. So I guess so far so good. We will see. Hoping I won't regret the purchase.

The picture quality is amazing. Set up was easy. Netflix never looked so good. We bought a bracket and hung it on the wall. We also bought a home surround system. The original sound was fine but the system makes it seem like we're at the movies. We got a great deal on everything because of black Friday. We couldn't wait until Christmas. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I have a relative with the same TV, who bought it earlier this year at BB when it was over $1000. I watched it several times and enjoyed watching it. When I needed a new replacement TV myself, I went looking for the same model, found it on sale for considerably less than what they paid for it, and went and bought it. To date, I haven't had any issues with the TV.
