Amazing clarity in the picture. Great sound from the internal speakers. No it's not IMAX sound but it's good enough. It's a great size for the area above my fireplace. One thing is that the smart remote doesn't control the Roku stick as it's supposed to. I use the Roku to get the TWC app which I've been unable to find in the smart app store. The other thing is I missed the sale on the flat screen so ended up purchasing this curved one on sale. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise as it doesn't appear to add to the viewing experience

I can't say enough about this purchase. It was an anniversary gift for my husband - television junkie extraordinaire - and he's over the moon with the picture quality, sound, and over all media capabilities. Worth far more than what we bought it for at Best Buy during a before Christmas sale. Very happy with the customer service and product.

We got this item on sale, so that is an excellent product for this price, we enjoy the quality everyday. Everthing is what it's best to be. We also got a smaller one for our bedroom, and it was also excellent. They support many apps and even the web browser is awesome, it couldn't be any better. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung for this product.

I was looking for a 55" curved TV, and lo and behold this TV popped in in a Best Buy advert. I read through the many reviews on the BB website, and was overall pleased with the reviews, so I pulled the trigger and purchased. Very easy to unbox, setup, and watch. The picture is absolutely AMAZING for a true 4k program!! The only reasosn I am not rating 5 stars is because non-4k programs dont look all that good, and I am disappointed with light reflection that sometimes makes itself known. Overall, excellent purchase!

I love watching this TV. It is truly a technical marvel. The remote is necessary for setup and changing settings, but after that I never touch the thing. I'm used to my old remote, and it has so many more features than the included device. Called customer service once, and they were very helpful. Great TV, and I'd buy another one.

The picture on this television is excellent. Overall, it has functioned very well. I did have to contact Samsung about an issue with my use of Netflix one time. While it took a while to talk to a technician, once I did, he was very helpful and the problem was resolved. It has been over a month, and I have not had the problem again.
