We love this TV. When we bought it, we weren't looking for the absolute newest model with all the latest bells & whistles. This model is a bit older and we got a great deal on it. Great picture quality, easy to set up and use. The only drawback I 've come across it that it only has two HDMI ports.

For the money, it's not worth buying a high end TV, but this one! As technology changes, come back and buy another TV in this price range and you end up with 2 TV's for the price of a high end TV today. Picture quality is great, setup is easy and the built in apps can make using a Roku or Fire TV unnecessary.

Easy to set up and very intuitive use of commands. I have Roku for other streaming televisions, however this one seems to be just as easy to add/delete apps of my preferred streaming services and other add ons. Picture is great. Curbside pick-up after ordering on-line made getting television easy.

I purchased this tv for my sister in Dec 2018, after she had it for a year, I decided to buy one for myself. I found it during a BF sale and I’m very happy with it. Super easy set up, good quality, I purchased a surround sound system and I love it! You can’t beat it for being a Samsung and under $350!!

Beautiful picture, Great features, easy to use easy to set up. The only thing I wish it did was have more H DMI ports I went from 4 to to on this one which isn't a big deal it's a little aggravating to have to unplug and plug something is Beckham but it's not that big of a deal for the price I got it for.

I’ve purchased quite a few Samsung LED displays over the last 10 years and have been very impressed with the picture and capabilities of these displays over the years. I purchased this as a Xmas gift for a friend who was still rocking an old 45” Panasonic plasma that wasn’t even true 1080i and was shutting off randomly, so it was time for an upgrade. Got this Sammy with a price match so I got a hell of a deal. (Still would’ve bought it at regular price) My friend was ecstatic when I revealed it to her at my Xmas party. The following weekend I took it to her home and set it up. She was initially worried it wouldn’t fit in the spot her old tv was. In the early days of flat panels the bezels where pretty pronounced and took up a lot of space. This 55” ended up fitting without a problem. Her reaction to the picture upon turning it on was priceless. After the setup she proceeded to watch the new Maleficent movie. She was very impressed You’d be hard pressed to find a better set at this price.

Loved the picture quality on the Samsung TV for all the HD and 4k programming. The TV has a superior quality than some of the past TVs I have had. It has a great sound and love how it connects to smart things. Unfortunately this does not come equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. So if that is a necessity then I would recommend going with Series 7.

I have always liked the Samsung Brand in TVs and as i can use the smart technology and the quality and the smart hub and also the price for this size all squares up to be a great deal. Thank you i love it Samsung, recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 4k tv at a very reasonable price.

It has been about a month. And I have not a single complaint. Picture is great. I have used the smart portion of the tv once and worked fine. This was plug and play into my entertainment system, which is Sony. Very happy with the purchase. Only 1 month in so far

This TV was a steal deal. Under $400, and it delivers everything you want and need in a new UHD TV. Its a smart TV with excellent picture quality and many great features and apps. Best of all, the price was so cheap, even without all of the features, it wouldn't still been a great buy!

Samsung always has been a great brand don't matter whatever you buy from Samsung. This TV is no exception. it has beautiful picture. Colors are so vibrant. All top quality yet user friendly I would recommend anybody who want a get a new TV . I purchased on Black Friday it was so cheap too

This TV is just great. The quality of the picture is fantastic! Most movies and shows look “live”, regardless of the age; It kinda freaks me out. It’s a smart TV and offers Netflix, Hulu, etc. I’m very happy with my purchase, and grateful I got it for a reasonable price.

Being not tech savvy in the least it was as easy as it gets right out of the box. Had it up and running in minutes. It comes preloaded with a ton of entertainment. Works fantastic with an HD Antenna. We would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for inexpensive great quality!!

Completely met my expectations. Picture quality is awesome so is the sound. Easy to use and understand. Only hiccup was the delivery of item as the website was not clear that the item was not in stock as a result the updates only stated delivery dated needed to be rescheduled

Great picture quality, Easy to set up; it literally set itself up!! Hooray for a "Smart TV." Didn't like that it has legs instead of a stand like our old Samsung. We didn't have to use them though because we mounted it on our existing wall mount with use of included adapters.

The picture quality and performance were what I was expecting for a 4K TV in this price range. The display is crisp enough for me and the TV functions well with the LG soundbar and sub woofer I purchased. However, some of the functionality is a bit frustrating and I've had some issues with the frozen frames. Any time I turn on the TV, it powers on the PlayStation that is connected, regardless of whether or not the TV was on the corresponding HDMI input when it was powered off. That's just annoying... too smart for its own good. In addition, the News service that comes included with the TV is constantly popping up uncalled for. And finally, I've had to power down and restart on multiple occasions to resolve frozen screens and stuck menus. At one point, I couldn't use the up arrow on the remote? All in all, you get what you pay for and I didn't want a $2,000 TV. When it works well, this is exactly what I was looking for. When it doesn't, it's not "smart" at all.

As usual with Samsung products, the quality is great! They are easy to get started and easy to use, plus they come feature packed. The only problem thing for me,is the voice versus background sounds. Maybe I need to learn how to adjust it, but that is only down side.

This TV is a good value and good TV! Easy to set Up. Totally happy with this purchase. This is actually my second like this. Although my other one is a little smaller for a bedroom. This one is for the living room... or the French room as we say in Chicago. Totally recommend.

been a Samsung devotee for many years...needed a tv quick...had two go out in a one month span...the price and the quality and value of the 55" 4K uhd was exceptional...and the Best Buy crew took away the old tv....really enjoying the new Best Buy Samsung!!!
