Died After 4 Months

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initially super pleased with the picture as this was an upgrade from a prior television but it randomly died at about the 4 month mark after delivery. (Black display when turned on and the menus are clearly still available as the menu sounds are audible when using the remote.) Repair/replacement not covered by Best Buy or Samsung. I had a Sony before this and it worked for 10 years before this purchase. Obviously never buying a Samsung again and I'll certainly have to re-evaluate what purchasing from BestBuy is worth when the whole purchasing experience on this tv was atrocious. (Delivery issues, cancelled 2 years support plan on the product for no reason.) Avoid at all costs.
