This is the second one we purchased for a separate location. Great picture, easy to use with a lot of apps.

Always have had positive experiences with Samsung TVs and this is no exception. Even with the low price point, very good picture and features.

This tv has a really good picture and a lot of Features. The only problem I had , the sound was muffled , and the speakers was popping like they were blown. I returned the tv and exchanged for the same model. The guy at the store was nice enough to take the new one out the box , and hooked it up so I could hear it before I left the store. The replacement was perfect no issues so far. I would like to thank the Best Buy Associate for going the extra mile . I Explain to the guy that I didn’t want to keep returning TVs and the situation was handled perfectly.

So far so good. Picture quality has been great. The last Samsung Smart tv we purchased was nice, but the picture quality seemed a bit off at times. Anything made prior to 2000 seemed to lose its special effects. This was both television and movies. There doesn’t seem to be an issue this time around. We were able to sync our cable box quick and easily. Our tv remotes work again, which was an issue with the Westinghouse we purchased. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Purchased the 50 inch model for my daughter we loved the picture and really easy to et up.Highly recommended.

Excellent price. Perfect picture and easy setup like each Samsung product we own. The 4K UHD is a great option.

I was VERY impressed with this Best Buy location, esp since the pandemic had hit and we were all concerned about exposure. I ordered online, got a text when it was available and went to the drive up/ curbside pickup. The staff was pleasant, conformed to social distancing rules and made the experience comfortable. The TV is AMAZING! Our first "smart" TV, love the "mirroring" function and all the preloaded app access. A great bargain too.

I just bought myself a new 55” Samsung tv and I couldn’t be happier. The picture quality is great and it looks awesome mounted on the wall in my bedroom. The settings are easy to navigate through and I was able to plug in my Apple TV to it with no problems. There are no AV connections only HDMI so keep that in mind.
