This 55 inch smart TV has lots of features I am still learning to use. You have built in program locations and can add new apps as needed. The interface with the Samsung app, I found difficult to use however. Instead I had to use the remote to use the onscreen keyboard which takes forever. Other than that, the picture quality is good, the sound quality is excellent and the expanded viewing options are great for streaming services.

It is slow, kicks out of our cable, and won’t pair with my phone for airplay. The picture is good most of the time, but other times it’s as if there is a very harsh light on parts of the screen. It cannot be put on my 5G internet, so lag is an issue. I’m really not impressed with this TV and would not purchase again. It looks nice when it’s turned off above my mantel.

Really great picture, sound is mediocre.

Only had one issue and it was the sound. I have an open beam 2-story home and the sound was barely audible when sitting watching tv, but upstairs in the loft is was too loud. Solved this by purchasing a sound bar which directed the sound toward you. This was to be a future purchase anyway, just happened a little sooner. Now it's great watching shows!
