Unfortunate

Unfortunately a shelf dropped on the television and it no longer works... damaged and broken. I wish we had accidental coverage. Purchase a television and accidental insurance. It happened to us, now we are out a tv. I’m not buying another one.

The staff was great and super helpful in loading it into my car. Easy setup at home we used the stand legs and they are sturdy. Good solid quality TV. Comes with several apps. Wish it had Peacock TV available. It was on sale good tv channel or the price.

Awesome picture quality

I'm very happy and glad I went with this one. I did some fine tuning on the picture and WOW, couldn't believe how clear the picture was. I do recommend this 55" to anyone who needs an upgrade. Thanks BestBuy.....

I have Tivo and am not able to use one controller for the new TV and Tivo. I have to use the TV controller to turn it on and off and control the volume. Prior to this I have used one Tivo controller for everything. I would prefer to have one now. Buut am happy with the Samsung 55" TV
