This is my first 4k tv. I like it but i don't love it. I have owned Samsung tv's in the past and i Picked this one up because my 10 year old 1080p tv started malfunctioning. we needed a cheap but okay 4k introduction. This one does the job. i will say the picture quality is good the speakers on the tv sounds good, but i hate the user interface on this tv. All in all i would recommend this TV.

Bought this as a gift to myself. Was an open box purchase. Got home and took the tv out of the box. Didnt even look like it had even been out of the box. Picture is great. I use it for streaming and playing video games. Highly recommend getting this brand of tv in the future.

Easy to setup, nice image, easy web connection. Frequent Apps install.

As far as picture is concerned, this is great. It also has the updated apps like Dinsey+ available for streaming. I didn't like that there is no 3.5mm AUX jack in the back, only a Digital Audio plug-in. This made it very inconvient for my former set-up. It really lacked in USB ports and HDMI ports. Over all, nice tv for a decent price.

Bought this Samsung to replace our previous Samsung that finally just wouldn't turn on anymore. Six years makes a difference. The picture is clearer and the sound is much better. An added bonus is the app filled 'TV Plus' feature. Gives you a lot of things to look at for free.

Got this TV on Black Friday and have had few complaints so far with it. The picture is great and the sound quality is good. Only thing I don't like about it is the constant popup for a device wanting to connect with it. I'm sure I can figure that out and stop it. Overall, we enjoy the TV.

Great picture and I wanted a smart TV I could browse the web like a computer and Samsung is one of the few TV's that can, They recessed the area where you make connections so you easily plug your cables. I was able to get it for the online price in store so purchase and PU was easy

I love this TV ! Very nice picture quality..sound is good .. 4k ,hdr10+, movies look good and games on my xbox one x too... it only has 2 HDMI inputs tho but a HDMI switch fixes that.. overall I'm satisfied with this TV my first samsung...thanks Best Buy.

Great TV, especially for the price. Stunning picture, a lot of nice integrated apps, and an essentially flat-bottomed base (unlike the bipod type bases most models have) that allows me to place the tv on my mantle instead of having to mount it to the wall.

This TV is an incredible value for the money. The image quality is excellent, connections are fantastic, and overall it’s just excellent. I’m not a fan of Tizen, but I hook up an Apple TV to it and it’s excellent.

Great TV for the price! I recently bought another 55 inch Samsung on black friday 2018 which went out so I had to wait and go through samsung to get a replacement. I bought this one. No difference then the 2018 black Friday model. Does what it needs to do. Great for a game room or bedroom!

Needed a new bedroom TV and this one works great. Slight issue with network connectivity though. Every other time we use it we have to hard reset it with the remote to get it to reconnect to network. Barely an inconvenience and picture quality is great so we make due.

This is just what I was looking for: lightweight, huge screen with excellent picture. I knew the sound would be less than par, so I planned ahead and got a Samsung sound bar. It paired instantly and my home theater is complete.

Love this tv, 55 in. size screen the picture is excellent but the sound is crappy, I had to buy a sound bar to get a really good sound effect. So I give it 4 stars because I had to take away one star for the sound but overall it is a fantastic Samsung t and yes I would recommend it to someone, but the sound on the tv might be alright for another.

This 55 inch is a great buy, as we have a 50 & 40.inch Samsung, and love the smart TV aspect, as well as the UHD feature! Wish it had 1 more HDMI port (has 2), but otherwise it is great! I love the sound options, as standard is a bit quiet, but the enhanced feature is nice!

Got this for my wife's parents...they're getting older and a bigger TV make things easier for them to see. (I finally got them to dump their old one! Whew!) They are really happy with it and really enjoy the big theatrical experience.
