I’m putting 5 stars because you get what you pay for with this TV. I read a review where someone said this was a TV that’s good for beginners and I didn’t understand what that meant until now. Basically, it will do everything you want it to. But there are better TV’s out there but they are going to be much more expensive. Which you don’t really need. One thing I do not like is how the smarthub app automatically loads when I turn on the tv. And if I try to turn it off, the HDMI pop up turns on instead when you turn on the TV. Minor annoyance that I wish I could get rid of, but it comes off the screen in a few seconds so it’s not a big deal I guess, but that’s the biggest complaint I have. Works amazingly well my Apple TV.

This TV is an exceptional value compared to others in the market place The service was outstanding, the delivery process simple and the staff extremely courteous.I believe this TV competes well with others in the same category and should be considered for purchase by all.

Great picture, and all of the apps are easily accessible.

I have researched high and low for TVs at this size. I have had very good luck with Samsung as a brand. I find their TVs have some of the best picture quality in the business. Such a great value for the price purchased. I plan on buying another for the office. Very happy!!!

This TV does not have the high end features of the QLED models, but the screen still looks good. The smart menu of the TV is a little slow as some have stated, but that doesn’t matter if you are using a separate media player (like an Apple TV 4K). It was $350 when I bought it, so it is well worth the price. No problems so far.

I'm really enjoying this TV. The only issue I'm having is that sometimes I have to restart the TV in order to get any of the apps to work such as Hulu or Sling. But after the restart everything works fine. It could just be a poor internet connection.

Great picture ok sound and easy to set up and use.

It’s pretty decent tv for the price. I’ve been using it for my Xbox One X and Nintendo Switch, input lag is good with game mode on. Bought because old tv died it has about the same input lag as old but it’s not as good. Old tv was a Qled Samsung Q7f but this one it’s worth the price. :) Overall satisfied ($379)

I was looking for 55” TVs that would fit in my budget...this tv surpassed all my expectations. I wasn’t too fond of smart TVs but this one is simple to use. It also has a game mode that correlates well with 2K and Fortnite on my PS4. Nice, clear picture. Awesome buy!

I was looking for under 60 inch Tv and this one does the job it may not be QLed but you can hardly see the difference only if you gaming or etc. great Buy for the price . Slim bezel slim frame !! Get It, i had to wait because it was sold out- dont regret it once

Good smart TV for the price. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money and Best Buy had a great deal on this 55 inch. Like the thin frame because you get more screen size,also has a great picture. Considering a sound bar even though for a big screen it has a great sound.

I gotta say that I haven’t “upgraded” my tv in a long while, but for the price, this Samsung TV is hard to beat. Great picture and great colors. Who really needs to spend $500 more for something that’s gonna be this price in a couple of years anyway??

I’ve had this TV for about a year now, I’m very happy with the quality, size, picture, and user friendly features. My only complaint is that the air play 2 has been difficult to connect and stay connected at times. Other than this, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality TV.

The Geek Squad came to fix a TV that was under warranty. The TV could not be repaired so Best But replaced the TV with a model that was equal to the original one purchased. The TV is great but the person that set up the exchange forgot to add my new warranty. I still want the warranty added but do not know how.

I have only had the tv for a month. It is what I expected. Good picture and sound and the set up was not bad. had a little problem at first until I got the understanding of how the arrow went. After that the set up went very fast. I am satisfied.

I’m enjoying my new Samsung 55” LED Smart television. This TV is the perfect size for my living room and has a sleek, modern look. The quality of the picture and sound are both great. I will most likely add a sound bar in the near future as well. I would recommend this Samsung TV, especially for the moderate price.

i bought my new tv as a christmas present foe myself. i had considered other brands. but after looking i knew i wanted another samsung. ive had my older tv for 20 years still works great. just wanted larger screen. picture is great

Wasn’t looking into purchasing a tv at the time. My husband was finally putting together his man cave and he happen to come across the ad for this tv. We decided to purchase it since it was too good to pass up. Easy to install & great picture for the price!
