I am not a computer pro but, to me, the TV is great. Clear picture, great color, easy to set up and use.

Great picture, but the software is forgetful. Excellent 4K picture 3840 x 2160 at 30 frames per second Progressive, from the PC. Built-in WiFi streams from PC, Router, Thumb drive, and the internet. 4K picture playback with excellent color and detail. CONS: Stored Samsung password, source names, settings, then it forgot,

nice sound,picture very crisp and the weight of the TV is very good easy to move also love the remote.

I bought this TV after reading many reviews, most of which complained about not having enough places to plug add ons in. I only have my satellite box to plug in so that was ok, I really don't watch anything like NETFLIX or the like so this was the perfect TV for me. It has a great picture and is easy to navigate. Great TV at a great price with very helpful and knowledgeable employees at Best Buy. I would recommend this TV and Best Buy to others!

One of the easiest TV to set up you will ever buy took me 25 minutes to set it up out of the box .And the sound and picture are the best you will see for the price .Pick it up if u can .

This is a nice TV! This is not a budget buster or the best picture you've ever seen, but it's feature set makes for a great value. Here's the good: Good 4K picture (Best on games, then movies, then sports), Apple AirPlay 2, HDMI Arc, smart features... Here's the bad: speakers are not that good; dialogue gets lost, only 2 HDMI ports, blooming. Casting from mobile or laptop is a breeze. It's really a solid value for the money.

We only buy samsum tvs because they last. We purchased this 55 inch tv to replace our 10+ year old 42 inch and I am so glad we did. It's a smart tv so we didnt need to hook up our Roku just signed in to our apps. It also has a cable option that gets some channels not a lot since we are really far from a towel but the picture is really good for the ones we do get. The TV is very thin and light weight, I can lift it myself.

I have both the Samsung curved TV and this flat TV. It has a beautiful picture, but the curved TV has better depth and is easier to watch. I like the smart TV, but be careful about streaming with your smart phone because after so many gigabytes, your service will begin to charge you. I use the regular internet and an antenna to view programming. I am happy, but I prefer the curved TV.

I got this TV for a great price. Nice size not too big. The quality is excellent for the price.

While we have only had this set for a few weeks, I can indicate that we are quite pleased at the quality of the picture. It was a good price and since we have had a number of Samsung Electronics in the past I felt that the quality was not going to be an issue. It was very easy to set up by following the menus and once set up the the picture was strikingly better than the TV being replaced. I would recommend this set highly!

This is a good purchase for me. Was keeping an eye on prices and this TV happened to be one I was interested in and within a week the price dropped and I jumped on it. The quality of the picture and everything else is something I hadn't expected. It was a great buy for the price and the color and picture is excellent. I give myself 5 stars for waiting for a good price and an excellent Samsung TV.

Surprised my husband with this TV for Christmas, he was thrilled! The size is perfect, plenty big enough for our room. I replaced a 42" this 55" is just that much bigger to make such a big difference. The picture is clear, colors are vibrant. Price was good too! I can't really say much about the sound as we use a sound bar also a Samsung, with this it sounds like we're at the movies! Love this new TV!

Great Pic, user friendly, Great apps, Amazing size easy to move around

Bought this TV for a black Friday deal and took it home gently like a baby. Once I got the TV home I set it up right of way because Im good at technology and had it up and running in 30min. First impression was great! The screen was bright and the movement was smooth especially being a 120 refresh rate. Then I started noticing right of way that the screen kept dimming when it went to a dark scene on the TV. I turned off all of the power saving settings and turned off the settings that make the screen dim. Afterwards I kept having the same dimming problem so I reset the TV and followed the steps all over again to no prevail so I decided to just cope with it and let the TV dim. So while playing my PS4 with it I noticed a line down the left colored green and a huge dead pixel and another like going horizontally colored purple. Lastly the screen is flashing off and on and is on the break of breaking down on me. Overall first impression was great but after 6 days of moderate use the screen is broken.
