If you are on a budget and want to have a pretty big screen with good quality this is definitely a good choice

A good smart TV, works well for viewing cable and the apps on the TV work well when connected online. A solid choice if you want a smart TV is reliable.

This is a follow up to my previous review: I had purchased this TV in December of last year (2019) after my previous Element TV had died. Since I work from home and use my TV as a monitor, I had decided to go with Samsung since they're a pretty well-known company. From the time I purchased the TV, I had a notable issue (but not worth returning) that involved 1x maybe an hour or so for a split second, would have random artifacts go down the middle of my screen. I had the issue in my HDMI as well as apps built into the TV (like TV+). Because it wasn't a constant, it was not something worth taking my time to return/swap out. Jump to a few months ago, I start having other issues with my TV. On the bottom of my screen, I start seeing a sound wave of discoloration (red or blue) based on what was on the screen. I was able to make this go away by changing the temp to cool on my monitor, but eventually, it even showed up there. What happened after this was me contacting Samsung and a tech drove 60 miles (during a pandemic) and basically replaced my TV. They replaced my display and the board (leaving only the wifi module and speakers, from the original tv). The tech was an authorized repair and they were excellent. My thoughts: • A TV shouldn't have to be repaired within the 1st year of buying it, and thankfully it was under warranty. Had it not been under warranty, the customer service was not the finest group of people to work with but eventually the issue was resolved and my TV works great now. If you get a good TV, well then awesome, the feature set of this tv is what I would expect as long as the TV functionality works.

Bought this to replace the moth in our bonus room. Picture is crystal clear and sound is better than average

Samsung TVs are the best tvs in their respective price ranges. The picture is clear and the interface is simple.
