Fancy TV for an old lady recovering from surgery

I am 75 and do not have a smart teenager to consult with. I did not get an instruction manual so I assume that there is one built into the TV. I am afraid to search to search around for fear that I will not get back to my regular part. I had dealt with HDMI on my last TV, but I do not have anything labeled like that on this one. I have been very ill and it affected my brain so maybe I will do better.
