Good tv buy bad smart features.

The bad is the smart functions are pretty bad. We have owned this for about 6 months and now need to unplug the tv about once a week to “restart it” so it will work properly with WiFi and speed the menus up to a usable level, which aren’t snappy to begin with. It’s quite annoying and if I knew this would be a problem I would have probably purchased a Visio again.

It is connected to Samsung SmartThings hub and Alexa which you can turn on with voice commands. We have this running totally on WiFi for asking apps like Netflix, etc. It also has free news and other channels available through the internet. I looked at this TV more on the basis of functionality rather than picture quality, however, the picture has been fine.
