Great Value for TV watchers

Her prior Insignia just straight up stopped functioning after two years so we bought her this. The picture quality is great for watching movies. The sound gets pretty loud for a medium sized room & the brightness could be better but for the price it’s great. Haven’t tried gaming on it but don’t think it’s catered for that anyways. Great Value though.

Difficulty with phone app

The only thing I found difficult was using the App on my phone. I lost my remote and had the hardest time navigating using the app. Nothing was working. There was no “select” option when I finally made it to my app selection and search bar to find what I wanted to watch. I was so frustrated and turned it off. So I guess if anything, great if you make sure to keep the remote handy or away from children who like to hide things.

It has a very clear picture and very satisfied with the quality of it. The only problem I had was with the feet which were situated near the edges of the tv and were unable to fit on my stand. I didn't want to mount it on the wall because the wall space I had would not accommodate the TV. I was able to purchase another stand to hold it. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the tv.

The picture is great. The sound isn’t the best but luckily I have a sound bar. Easy to use, and set up.
