Pros: - Fine picture quality - Okay sound from TV speakers - Good price Cons: - Horrible remote control - cluttered layout without backlit keys makes this nearly unusable at night (low light situations) - TV constantly gets "stuck" on Samsung TV Plus. This is a reoccurring problem and very, very frustrating. It renders it useless unless all you want to view is Samsung TV... nothing else can be accessed!!!!

Have you tried Device Care option? Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
