The screen is clear, big and nice but sometimes it doesn't work as real 4k tv. The thing i hare most is the adaptability with the room light, the screen is dimmed most of times. I tried to change that but couldn't.

The two others are still working. Just this week, a cloudy vertical shadow has appeared on the right side of the screen, and then another shadow closer to the center of the screen. We have tried every troubleshooting solution, but it appears the LEDs behind the screen have failed, and the only solution is to purchase another tv. VERY dissatisfied, as this tv was purchased in January 2022, and the warranty is for just one year.

High brightness and pairs with Spectrum so there is no cable box. It has also has SmartThings app so it integrates with everything else. I will always buy Samsung TVs due to quality and price.

They seem to be getting worse and worse as time goes on. I would avoid this tv and spend a little extra cash on something that is going to last.

Nicks into the screen and scratches on the screen. Also when we turned the tv on the very first time, we got the screen shown below. Needless to say the unit is going back tomorrow and I will search for something different. Very disappointing as we have always had good experiences with this brand.
