First let's ensure your firmware is up to date. To do this go to Settings>Support>Software Update and then update from there if needed.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

This makes this TV WORTHLESS. After using this TV from Samsung TV i would not have purchased my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra; Samsung has clearly lost its way. Useless TV. After paying to have it loaded, brought in and Set Up I'm now in a dilemma. SUFFER THIS, STOP ALL STREAMING SERVICES AND TV OR PAY FOR ARRANGEMENTS TO REPLACE THIS WITHOUT BOX.

In this such a shot time I have seen 2 issues and opened 2 customer support case with SAMSUNG. Screen has gone blue once and on the very next day screen started flickering, as if the TV is 10 years old. Totally unsatisfied.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue.

Please be sure to reset the TV after it has been updated by either unplugging the AC for 20 seconds (or) pressing and holding the power butting until the TV turns off then back on.

It is a bit complicated navigating the user interface. You can watch live Television while serfing apps and other content.
