Samsung Crystal UHD is an superb TV with an exceptional picture. Sound quality is great when switch to surround mode. Super lightweight & easy to install. Most of all the applications and setup is so user friendly. This is my fourth Samsung that i own.

My previous Samsung J620tv was broken after 4 years of use in a move and this could not have been a better upgrade. Given the same size and company it was night and day for the picture quality. This was an upgrade in terms of having HDR content.

Screen keeps turning green and not even a month old.

Very good picture and sound quality is acceptable in smaller spaces. I always recommend an upgraded sound system to get the best experience. Only downside is the remote control. Button configuration is not well suited for easy operation or memorization of functions.

I love this TV. I bought my first one nearly two years ago and loved it so much I bought a second to replace a perfectly good TV that just didn't quite stack up in performance, and I don't plan on switching from this brand and style any time soon! I love the quality and the layout of where to access your apps and streaming services. The remote is very easy to understand and setting up the TV for cable and wifi streaming was super fast and simple. I did have to adjust the jutter reduction on each TV, which was easy to do through the settings, but it was more for personal preference. 10/10

I have two of these tvs - great picture and color, but terrible speakers (had to buy soundbars), and I HATE the remotes. This particular one sometimes has trouble connecting to the internet for some reason, the other one never seems to struggle.

This is a great TV. Colors are brilliant. Easy to use.

Love this tv. Although it’s not top of the line it still has an amazing picture and smooth transition. Not heavy either which is nice and made it easy to install as a hanging tv. The size is perfect without it feeling like it takes up a lot of space. Haven’t had any issues. The built in speakers aren’t the best for hard of hearing individuals, such as myself. Easy fix with a soundbar being added though. Without breaking the account, this is the tv to get.

I took the opportunity to replace a working 2012 LG 47" because this Samsung 55" UHD was a good price. The first Samsung unit was defective. Best Buy took it back on the return policy. I replaced it with an identical unit, which has had no issues. The quality of the picture is so far above expectations, that I am still surprised when I turn it on. I ordered some Blue Ray DVD's to enjoy. The darker scenes were a little too dark, so I made an appropriate adjustment, which helped. I hooked up a new sound bar, so the TV sound is no longer important. It was however, much better than my LG was

I really like this TV. I like the preloaded apps, and its easy to install other apps. It has great color and depth. I would buy it again.

Its an amazing price for a great quality tv. We can stream from our phone to it and very easy to navigate.

This TV has a vibrant color and is easy to use. Price was very easy as well. I bought the 85" and upgraded this 55" for a bedroom and it is perfect

Bought this cheaper version for my daughter to replace the same Class 8 series 55" that only lasted 2 years. I prefer the class 8, but this one for the price and it's still going without issues is the better buy.

4 stars for parts of this service call. 5 stars go to the tech both on chat and the phone when addressing my repair and replacement. The 4 stars is an average as I’d give delivery a 3 star. I was not contacted about my delivery window. I had to look it up on the Best Buy site. I was also told via the app, that the time was at 2:03pm, yet when I click on the tracker for the driver, the time continues to be later and later in the 4 hour window and still no call or text about the delivery from Best Buy. Makes for planning your delivery time difficult.

Great price. Easy set up as usual. The picture is good but NOT as good as my 50 inch 7 Series TV. For some reason it wasn't as SHARP. I tweaked it to the same settings as my 50 inch and played with the settings a little more but couldn't get it there. It's not to far off. The color and contrast was still good. Just about ALL the Apps you need are on or can be downloaded to the TV if you Stream like I do. I haven't gone wrong with SAMSUNG yet. I've owned two 6 Series. Then upgraded to two 7 Series TV's, and have one 50 inch QLED. ALL are Excellent TV's. It's a 4.5 rating

Me and my mom love this TV. I got it for the family as an early Christmas present for the livingroom and we love watching movie together on it. Mom mom is amazed at how amazing the older movies look. She always says the picture is so clear you could see the pores on peoples skin. Love it to this day. Hopefully I’ll be able to get her one this year for Christmas for her bedroom it’s also really loud. My bedroom is right next to the livingroom and from my bed I’m able to see the tv so my mom will sit on the couch and I can sit in bed and we can watch tv together no problem. Definitely recommend this tv. And the price was good too

I have this TV for a while nd wanted to get another tv and i did not like it and went back to the Samsung TV and i absolutely love it. The color is perfect, and i am able to watch my movies and shows and everything is super clear. I loved it so much i ended up getting two more and got my family into the Samsung TVs. Best decisions they and I made.

love samsung tvs. used this to upgrade one that i had for 15 years. good picture quality, wall mounts easily. smart tv is easy to use and ad my own streaming services

Good color and volume. Works as expected with apps.

For the price this tv is outstanding. Easy to get from screen to screen all apps you need are covinently wasy to download. Set up or process was also easy and system provides you with steo by step guide for those who may not be that tech savy its easy to get through. I definitely think this tv is worth the buy. Images are very clear as well.
