Wow! Great picture quality. Not a fan of the remote.

I love the product! It was so easy to set up and the controls are convenient for easy access. Was able to use a bluetooth speaker, for my mother in law, who is hard of hearing, without using high volume settings! All of the streaming services were easy to set up. For the price, this was a perfect buy. I only buy Samsung, and have since I lived in Asia, where it is a household name.

Quality is outstanding for the price. Got this, along with a fully adjustable wall mount (forward, flush, tilt, swivel etc.) for less than $480 after taxes. TV was on sale for $369. Great LED image, user-friendly, Samsung App is innovative and Samsung Plus TV is wonderful. I had been living under a rock and had no clean Samsung literally goves you truly free tv channels. Love it.

Only have had it about 2.5 weeks thus far, but so far happy with the purchase. The TV itself is great, can't make any complaints about the picture or audio quality. The picture is nice and clear, and the sound quality is good but maybe the speakers need a bit more power because I do tend to have to turn the volume up a little more than I feel like I should, but that's not really a big deal to me. My only complaints about the TV would be the user interface of the smart hub features & the remote. The UI really isn't bad, it's just a little slower than I would like between the time I input an action on the remote and when it happens on the tv. Once you're in an app like Hulu, Netflix, or YouTube though it actually moves fairly well however. With the remote though my main complaint is the navigational arrow buttons. The arrow buttons aren't very well differentiated from the rest of the buttons around it, so it's very easy to hit the wrong and seeing as one of those buttons is the "exit" button it makes it even more frustrating. If they would've just made it more like a d-pad instead of 4 separate button that probably would've made it a lot better of a remote. So aside from the UI on the smart features being a little slower than I would personally like, and the remote itself there's really not anything bad I can say about this TV in the short amount of time that I've owned it.

Had this TV for a while and it has been great. It has great picture quality. It was easy to set up. The sound quality is good. My only regret is that I should have went bigger!
