TV has a great picture. Was very easy to set up and add apps that I wanted. Had to take TV back to replace it since the screen was cracked, was not packaged very well. Called Best Buy where I bought it and the exchanged it with no problem. The only complaint is the same as some others, the remote control is very cluttered and you push the wrong buttons if you do not look at it.

I’m in love with this TV. The sound is amazing and the picture is beautiful. I love the fact that I can connect my Apple products to the tv and airplay videos without having to download any additional apps! For being my first ever brand new tv, I am very happy with it!!!

This smart TV is the smartest it has a great picture 4K crystal clear you can get all your favorite videos on here such as YouTube Hulu Netflix and more the color is black and casing allowed to stay in both legs are at each end of the TV go out and get yours today

We have used this TV in a number of our stores, they are light and easy to hang and the picture can be seen from all over our store. The picture is bright and the color is brilliant. We will be using more of these TV's very soon.

Great image, apps work well. The sound, as seems typical with samsung isn't great.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing. I thought my old TV was nice this thing blows it completely out of the water, color is vibrant. The setup was easy as it walks you through it to link up all of your apps. If you are in the market for a new TV this is it.

We purchased this to be similar to the other Samsung tv in the house for ease of use and actually found this one to be more user friendly with the apps than the one we already had. Haven't used it a lot but we definitely like the clarity as well as the ease of use.

Brought this back for an Amazon fire tv but recommend this one to those who prefer Samsung, the quality and sound was great I just prefer the Amazon remote if that makes sense

Absolutely love the way the TV looks and it can be VERY loud! So many advanced settings to set the visuals to your preference. Would 100% recommend if your a gamer! SIDE NOTE: The TV does NOT come with a 4K HDMI cable. So don’t forget to get that at the same time you purchase this awesome TV!

Great TV. Only thing is, on the second day I had it the screen went black and the TV made a clicking/popping noise for about 10 seconds. The picture came back on and I haven't had any other issues. Really good picture. Think I'm going to need a sound bar though.

Great picture. Sound is good. Super easy set up. The remote takes some getting use to. So many buttons. Kind of miss that minimalist one Samsung did with other previous models now. For the price paid, I am happy

This is a wonderful TV. Not too big or small. Fits nicely even in a smaller house. The clarity, colors, performance, and ease of control is great. Love, love Samsung products and this choice of a larger TV was a wonderful choice and investment. I highly recommend it.

Great picture, easy set-up and love the smart apps that are available for my streaming services. I would have given a 5 but unfortunately one of my girlfriend's favorite streaming service Viki is no longer supported by Samsung. Other than that definetly would recommend this TV for quality and value.

Use this tv on a daily basis and the image cuality looks just like when I first purchased it over 2yrs ago. Over all very happy with the quality and performance on this tv. Definitely strongly recommend this tv!

I bought this tv for my parents, they were tired of paying stupid cable fees so I showed them this Samsung that comes with Samsung Plus TV, they thought this was a great idea and love all the channels, the picture and sound are great. They love it!

Good tv but the remote could be easier to navigate.
