Pleased with this TV. Picture quality is surprisingly good for the class, with consistent blacks and vibrant colors... and only minimal backlight bleed during darker scenes. Uniform panel grays and blacks as well. The Tizen OS is pretty well featured, lags occasionally with remote presses. Setup was a bit of hassle... after turning it on for the first time, I skipped the SmartThings setup and opted for manual set up (I didn't want to download the SmartThings app on my phone). When the TV got to the user agreement, it kept erroring out with a message 7-1, saying it couldn't download the agreement as the server was undergoing maintenance. Verified my wifi was connected and it had an IP address. Eventually reset the TV, downloaded the SmartThings app and it went through normally with that. Bummer I had to do that though. Sound is good as well, although you have to crank up the volume pretty high. Bass rattles the frame. I'll opt for a sound bar eventually.

My newly purchased Samsung 55" tv was a great choice. I researched brands before I purchased this brand television, and the Samsung was the best choice and Best Buy had the price within my budget amount. It was a win, win for me.

The samsung 55 in class 7 led 4k uhd smart tv has all the features that you might need ! It plays great !!! Had the geek squad install and set it up they did a great job !! I would recommend the T V also The geek squad !!!!!

A Smart TV About $400 Samsung 55". An awesome deal. No issues. I love it. The next time I'll go bigger. I dont need cable. Its perfect with alot of extra channels. I can subscribe to Netflix etc.

Love this tv, works with my phone as soon as i walk in the house it connects. I can do everthing on this tv, the picture quality is great..love the sound..i just overall love this tv...

Nice size, great graphics and sound. Went from a Hisense to a Samsung so this was definitely an improvement!

Upgraded an old TV (15+ years) to the Samsung 55" Class 7 Series as our first smart TV. The picture is excellent. The TV does not pair via bluetooth to our new Samsung soundbar so we have to use an HDMI cord, which is a minor annoyance.

the picture quality is good for the price, cant complains. hope this one lasts because my previous samsung not sure if same model only lasted 2 years before breaking

Got it for the kids when it was on sale to watch cartoons and movies. The picture looks great for LED but no Dolby or HDR supports. The sound is not that great but it's okay what it's being used for.

I own 2 Samsung TV and the quality is perfect. The size seems to run bigger. Haha. We love the picture quality and all the apps the comes with the unit. Best Buy Rep showed me the perfect settings, picture and sound

Bought tv 2 years ago. The remote can be a pain. Needs better speaker. It just shut off last week. Only had tv since 06/24/22. Hoped it would of lasted another year.

Great quality for the price. I have owned the 55" Class 7 for almost 2 years best money spent out of the 5 tvs in my home this one is the best quality.

Great picture. Took a little getting used to the larger screen. I upgraded from a 42" Vizio, so the picture quality improvement is notable. Sound. . .eh. . . It's okay some of the time. I find I have to keep increasing our decreasing the volume. May have to spring for a sound bar. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Its a winner for me, I got my stereo yesterday I was so amazed the size of it is perfect, not to big not to small the sound is so amazing I left out of the room went down stairs you can hear it all over the house. Thanks

Picture quality is awesome, but sound quality is just ok. Would’ve given 5 stars but because we needed to purchase a sound bar to get the most from the sound could only give 4.

This TV looks great. It is clearly a lower offering in the Samsung spectrum of TV but it has impressed me quite a lot. The colors are great, 4k movies are now a new obsession. PS4 looks great even though I don’t have pro, this TV supports HDR so any game that supports HDR really does have an awesome lighting depth. The TV was easy to setup but required a lot of time. I wish there was an easier way to sign into each of your services. The only thing I was disappointed by was the 2 HDMI. I have 1 too many things to plug in so I have to change the HDMI for the Switch and PS4 depending on what is being played.
