Service was great at the Altoona store, the store representative was very patient and knew the products. The tv is good, but having some trouble syncing it with TiVo. Online manual is confusing. Comparable to the LG we had (that only lasted less than 3 years).

Overall I've enjoyed this TV. It's been nearly 2 years and my only grip is the sound is just ok. I finally broke down and got a soundbar. Outside of that, it has good color and is responsive and sharp.

I'll update my review as i use my tv but this has great features and its also very fast, picture is great and works well with my new Bluray player as well as free cable! what more could you want.

This TV is amazing. It's so easy to get all your features installed and modify. This TV will automatically will adjust the lighting according to the brightness in the room, this feature is amazing. When I was looking for a TV was to be able to add HBO Max and this one allows you to. This TV is SO SMART it will automatically connect to your cable remote therefore now you use one remote. It has all the features of your cable remote. If there was any negative is that the MAIN BUTTON on the remote is so small. Now I want this TV in the bedroom because of the automatic control of the lighting. It's fantastic. The price was amazing as well for a Samsung brand TV.

For the price i paid for the tv bravo samsung. This tv is amazing in every way. Love it and its so smooth. It says 60hrtz but it has smooth motion of 120 and it amazing

Picture quality is good. Sound is loud and clear, albeit a bit tinny. Smart interface works fine. Remote layout is good, except when trying to type in passwords and such; easy to make mistakes. Only two hdmi; had to use optic for soundbar, which is fine, but you loose ability to control volume with TV remote. Stand pitches screen backwards a few degrees, which makes sense if on a low stand, but ours is above a fireplace in a TV cove, so that's weird; should be adjustable. ***There is some kind of motion processor that you MUST turn off! It will make everything appear like it was recorded with a handheld camcorder out of the year 1995, like Blair Witch Project. Great idea on paper, not well executed.***

The item works very well. Also, the quality of the graphics display and audio in the TV is impressive. Overall, this is a good item to buy. Will recommend this to others.

Perfect choice for the price, low latency for gaming and excellent picture quality. You might want a sound system but the internal speakers really aren't bad for the size/price.

Great quality TV. works fast and has all the features of a smart TV. Also, very easy setup. I did not give it 5 stars because the remote could be a little more user-friendly. I think you can pay more for a good remote but I thought I would mention that.

Tv is great wish it was an easier process to find the sleep button. The picture is great and it’s easy to watch tv, cable or streaming services. Picture is good sound is good.

Purchased this less expensive tv to watch outside, does a fine job when its dark, the picture is not quite bright enough for sunny days. Outdoor televisions are very expensive, so we just have to remember to bring this one inside before the next freeze.

I have always used samsung TVs and this one also didnt dissappoint. Thin bezel, greak resolution and perfect colors make it an absolute must have. At this price it is a steal.

Quality is great, pictures are excellent, not anything fancy, just right, sound is not loud enough when you turn it all the way, price is okay, I would not recommend to buy it at full price

It was time to replace the bedroom tv. Super affordable smart tv. What else could you ask for? Love it and it's never given us a problem.

We bought this Samsung because our last Samsung was great but made obsolete by stunning new video and a few new features. No, we didn't go for the absolute newest best thing because we barely watch TV anymore, but we are exploring sreaming. Easy setup.

This tv is actually one of the best purchases i’ve made, so clear and the colors so bright, great sound actually without a bar or anything. Will definitely recommend.

Most of the tvs I have bought over the years only lasted me about 2 years this on is going on 4 years and it’s my favorite purchased tv ! It’s big enough and so clear

I bought 2 of these a year ago and they are perfect. The only thing I dislike is the remote, I wish it had the speak to search feature

Easiest tv I have set up. 10 minutes by myself. The pegs pop in place rather than screw in place which is awesome. Great picture, great sound, lots of apps. Will buy a Samsung again.
