Purchased this TV yesterday and tested it on 4K/HDR streaming content on the Apple TV app. While the contrast and black level performance are more than pleasing, I am very disappointed with the HDR content and motion handling. It's not a streaming issue as my other TV set is working fine with the same connection. And I am not even talking about gaming or action movies; I am referring to kids' animated movies and soap operas on Netflix. A character simply shaking their head or moving their hand leaves a noticeable motion trail! I replaced this TV with a 2015 Vizio 1080p Smart LED TV. While I love the upgraded features and smart functionality on the Samsung TU7000 (and the obvious improvement in picture quality when observing stationary images), I have to admit that there were no motion trails in my older set. Will upgrading to a Q60T resolve this issue? I also understand that Samsung has stripped the Q60T of many features that only become available from the Q70T onward and so I fear whether upgrading to Q60T will really make a difference or not.

Easy to put together. Nice clean crisp picture. The sound is clear.

We bought 5 of these tvs for a vacation home, in various sizes all same series. Love the picture, don't love the remote. We have the Insignia Fire TV editions at another home and ease and simplicity of those remotes outweighs the complications of this remote. Apple TV built in was the main reason we went with this model. Samsung should take a note from Insignia, Roku & Apple TV for that matter and simplify the remote, put that extra info in settings menus.

We were in the market for a new tv for our bedroom. This tv works great and meets all of our needs. It is the perfect size for the space. We had it delivered and it was delivered quickly and with ease. It came with two base stands that can be attached. We didn't add them because we decided to mount it on the wall. Personally, my favorite part is that it comes with all of the smart tv apps and app store so we are able to stream and watch anything we want. Quality and sound is great. No need for a sound bar in our bedroom. Great tv for a reasonable price.

I bought this to upgrade my movie/gaming room. I wanted quality over size and didn't care if I hit technical viewing size to distance ratio. This is probably the best bang for your buck in terms of quality, price, and size. Ran some dolby vision tests when I got it and was amazed. If your looking for quality and don't want to spend to much, look no further!

Replaced a 55inch LG that died on me. Using it in my bedroom. Picture is nice and clear.

I love it! Great TV with awesome colors, and a great price, this is my first tv from Best Buy. So far it's one of the many investments I did in Samsung products. Thanks again Best Buy for all the variety of products you've been delivered. Overall good one but the only thing is the remote should need an upgrade!

Best tv Samsung for soccer and football good pictures

This 55" Samsung TV has great value for the price. I like the size even for my smaller room. I like the way that I can read the trailers on the evening news. This purchase is the 4th Samsung TV of this model that recently I've bought!

Cracked my 50” LG so upgraded to this Samsung 55”. Not gonna lie I kind of like the LG smart app setup but better then Samsungs. Also I cannot get Dolby at is enabled anyway. Connected to 4K player streaming. Anything always grayed out. It’s currently connected to Vizio 5.1 sound system equipped with Dolby as well.. picture is crystal clear, remote gets laggy and stuck for a few seconds often like an old slow laptop. Even with fresh batteries in the remote.

Love this tv it has an amazing clear picture the volume is amazing
