picture is great sound is just ok sound volume just is not that great

Love it…the right price for the quality. Has a solar charger on the back of the remote if you don’t want to charge it via usb. I have not charge the remote yet …1year and counting. Tv works with Alexa(echo) and Ring.

MASSIVE improvement from my previous flat screen. The picture is amazing, it was a breeze to set up, and it paired seamlessly with my Samsung sound bar. Having an app to control it was also an unexpected plus, overall a great tv for the money.

Takes a little adjusting to get it to your preferred color and contrast, I liked it a little warmer in color. When you get it there it is fantastic. Remote could be better. We are very pleased with this unit.

Like those Samsung tvs, bought 3 in the last 2 months. For mom, bro and aunt. Tvs are about the only product out there with fair prices and Samsung has always been quality. Cant give anything 5 stars, it would mean im not looking for even better quality and even lower prices.

Picture quality is amazing BUT it lags way too much.

I love my new tv , easy set up , easy to operate , great picture , love it , my family owns this tv , paid a lot more money for this one too at the time . Bonus that this is very affordable now .

I own this already and surprised my parents with it. They are going to love the size and quality. It’s a total upgrade from there old tv. Comes with apps so they can easily access there Netflix and other apps.

Picture is great but its a bit awkward to get setup.

Great option for a 4K TV. The picture is excellent and the weight of the TV was low. We liked how we could connect all the services easily with the Tizen interfac.

I really like this tv, perfect picture, 4k, great brand, this tv could easily cost twice the price but it doesn't. the speakers are pretty good for them being integrated into the tv

As a first time smart tv user, Samsung made the transition very easy. All of our apps work perfectly and wifi connection stays strong. Picture is great. Sound levels change between channels but it is not always horribly loud or quiet

The volume on this tv is awful. I went into the sound settings, expert settings - I followed every step Samsung gave to adjust the volume. Nothing worked and I have to turn it up to 85 just to hear decently. I have a few different brands of TVs so I wanted to try a Samsung. None of my other TVs do I ever need to go above 20. Unfortunately returning this tv after just a couple of days of use. I researched online and found others stating their Samsung Tizen has this issue as well. I’m not sure if it’s a Samsung issue or the tv itself but I’m returning for a different brand. The image is great, the remote is odd and the sound is awful.

I love this brand of television, clarity, and it's compatibility with my android phone. It was simple to setup cable and connect to the internet. I enjoy using the external Smart Things app. I wouldn't use any other brand.

Super easy to set up! Great picture and tons of preloaded apps. Fantastic value as well. Love the Samsung crystal tv. Got this one to install in a storm clam on the back porch. Nice!

The remote is a little slow, but the picture is 10/10

I am totally happy with my purchase of a Samsung 55" Class 7 series LED 4k UHD Smart Tizen TV. This TV is AMAZING! the price was incredible and the quality of this product is out of this world!
