Great unit for the price

Remote is not super intuitive, but works once you get the hang of it. TV was well-boxed and easy to get started using. TV speaker nothing to write home about, but didn't have high expectations there anyway.

We've had it for about a month and have not had any problems. We were using my BOSE speakers on the previous TV and we were disappointed that this TV does not have an auxiliary output for us to use . . . we do not appreciate when new technology forces us to purchase new devices to do what we could do with our former devices . . .

The system needs to be 1113. something or beta I believe and mine is only 1112. something. I’m still learning things but I’m happy with my purchase

The colors are very bright. Setting it was straight forward & only took a few minutes. My only complaint is that remote doesn't have number buttons. Therefore its hard to change the channels without using the voice control option. Unless you utilize your cable box remote.

I was unable to access Prime Video

We also have the Total Tech Support. I suddenly lost Prime Video for several days, and, after trying to trouble shoot per the internet was Finally, to the last solution, to delete my info from the prime app and reinstall. I did not know how to do this so I called the Geek Sqad. The first person I spoke with at the Rogers, AR Geek Squad didn’t seem to want to help. He told me to call the Installation people. I waited on hold over 30 minutes and finally spoke to someone and that it was a Samsung issue and he would do a conference call with me to Samsung. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, when another guy came on the phone, who turned out to be from Samsung, and knew exactly how to delete the info and reinstall. Why don’t your people know how to do this? By the way, a conference call is between 3 or more people. Maybe, if your employee had stayed on the call, he would know how to help someone who had a similar problem. Instead, I feel like everyone i talk to at Best Buy just wants to shove my problems onto someone else.
