I have no complaints with this tv I updated my hdmi to the newer version and i bought the Bose sound bar smart 300 with the Bose base 300 sounds amazing and looks nice ..I really wanted a 65 inch but the 55 inch is pretty big for my bedroom …

It’s a very good TV for the price range it’s in. The processor is fast and all the apps work great. It helps that Samsung has an app to help with setup. Very easy to set up. About 10 minutes out of the box. Only downside is the glare in bright light conditions. It’s a little hard to see the screen well when the sun shines in.

New TV has many more new apps and features. Great upgrade choice

This TV exceeded my expectations, all I did was power it up and it nearly set itself up. I was watching 100 channels even before any cables were connected, all from WiFi! The smart features are pretty amazing and setting up the set is almost as fun as watching it,

I've been an owner of Samsung TV's for several years because I have gotten really great service from the products. I bought this set because another brand that I owned "died". Now all of my sets are Samsung and I'm confident that they will last for many years.

Picture quality is okay. For some reason it doesn't look as good as it did in the store. Those pre-loaded apps are just bothersome, especially the Samsung TV app. Let me decide which apps I want to downloaded instead of forcing apps on me. I expected the 4K UHD picture to be better. I'm using it with Sling TV and the picture goes from s**t to okay.

This tv has a great picture and the sound quality is good.

The first one has some lines pop up on the right side randomly but often enough to prompt a exchange. The second (I have now) has a similar issue but it’s quicker and not as often. And slightly smaller. I gave up on exchanging it again so I’ll live with it. Overall TV is incredible. And Best Buy Okemos has given excellent customer service!

Very nice TV for the price.........................

I bought this TV as my old Sharp bit the dust. I was led to Samsung as others told me it was the best on the market. I unfortunately was not impressed. Full transparency, I enjoy Android/Google products and thought I would be able to get it working together, however, it didnt work out. Here is my experience: Setup: The setup was a bit confusing as the Samsung O/S tried to integrate with my phone (wi-fi) and apps for a seamless login Default Samsung app: When I turned the TV on, it always defaults to a random channel on the Samsung. YouTube TV: I stream via YouTube TV and the experience was not good. Some time the app wouldnt load or an add would come on and freeze the app. This hasnt happened on my other TV's or phone or tablet/ However, the picture is very nice, the plugs and HDMI ports are placed in a great location. I just wish the apps for streaming were better.

We upgraded to a 55" from a 46". We are happy with the quality of reception. I wear hearing aides and am not able to get a wireless audio product to perform with this TV. If not for that problem would have rated five stars.

Great TV, has very clear picture, Remote not user friendly

Another Samsung into my living room! Picked up this bad boy after my other TV went kaput! (not a samsung) Geek squad insurance kicked in and was able to get a better and bigger TV for my room. As always these are great tvs to have.

500$ price its okay, but my 2018 4k tv pictures looks better than the crystal hd. Tizen user interface hate it. Tv lags alot with interface. Not the smoothes. After done paying it off. Im gonna invest in a tcl qled tv. I could of gotten a qled 55 tcl for this price almost.

I really like the TV and especially all the smart functions I’ve been able to use through Apple TV. Maybe I’ve gotten spoiled with great picture quality but it still seems like my new Apple iPad Air has a better picture quality than the TV does.

So far it's working fine. It's easy to get the apps.

Nice bright, crisp display, and perfect black levels. More smart TV (streaming) features than we know what to do with. Certified to work with Amazon Alexa, although we are not currently using that feature. Hard to beat the price to value ratio in my opinion.

Great quality of the image but the sound could be improved.
