First time buying a samsung tv and I really do love it! Was a little hard to get it all set up but other then that I have no issues with the TV. Highly recommend this TV to anyone!

This is a replacement of a Samsung Series 6 that we didn’t have good luck with. (We were shocked!) But, WOW! This TV us great! The sound could definitely be better but other than that we are very very happy. Samsung came through once again. We are repeat buyers for the past 15 plus years. No better TV on the market in our estimation.

Very good product but this model is missing some apps.

I purchased this TV but when I set it up, my wife decided she wanted a larger screen for the space we had. Best Buy gladly accepted the return the next day which allowed us to buy a different model with a bigger screen. Very impressed/happy that Best Buy allowed that return with no questions asked!

Easy setup and great colors and contrast. Only thing is the tv stand/feet, like the curved bottom stand than the 2 piece triangle feet. Remote is same samsung remote they have had for ages and start up speed for apps and wi fi are fast.

Wish it came with a manual. Picture quality is great.

For the price you can ask for more...good quality.

my first choice for a larger screen tv was not in stock and salesperson advised me of the samsung that was in stock and was as good or better. turned out I had to wait on the samsung a month for delivery albeit "free delivery". tv is ok but not as sharp as other friends' tv's. probably didn't need the supposedly upgraded sound system (already owned a samsung sound bar system that sounds the same to me). finally, the guy sold me the wrong wall bracket for the 43" tv I bought for my bedroom.....

Good quality picture and easy to setup good value

when the tv was delivered the representative was very nice and did explain things to me. After he left though the voice was not matched with the talking and the color was terrible. I called and they rescheduled and he was able to to fix the issue and I really enjoy my TV now.

Only downside for me is sound quality. That is very important to me, the sound is low even through the sound bar which is also Samsung. I am Samsung fan, always have been.,this does not change my mind,but louder soundbis always great especially for those who don't own a sound bar. Other than that a great T.V!!!

Needed a TV in a hurry, went online found this on sale, order it, pick it up a 1/2 hour later had it home and running within an hour never looked back Best Buy Best Price, Easy Pick-up and hook up. Now if my daughter would only let me use it.

Went in to purchase a television for a bedroom. Had an idea of what we were looking for but sales associate guided us to a product within our budget and best quality for the price. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
