In store shopping was a good experience. This was our first experience with the Geek Squad. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything was completed timely and as described.

It’s a good purchase. Picture quality is good! The internet browser stucks so many times and one draw back is it doesn’t come with wall mount :/

I like this tv because it comes preload with netflix, Disney plus, hulu and Samsung tv where you can watch Samsung's own channels. I love the 4k quality and it seems like the tv has very little lag on start up. So many features on this tv I am still exploring them.

Mine may possibly have developed a screen glitch - intermittently getting a jumbled stripe down the right side but have yet to contact Samsung or Best Buy. Also had to purchase a center mount stand on Amazon due to all TVs apparently coming with two legs now.

So far so good. This TV replaced another Samsung. The main reason for selecting this model is the mirroring capabilities. I did not find the remote to be troubling as others have mentioned. It’s just a different type of experience from traditional remotes.

A very nice set. It has much to offer that I cannot use due to slow internet speeds but it works well with Dish. Didn't care much for the feet so I mounted it on a Perlesmith stand.

With all that has happened in this world cats knocked a TV over and cracked the screen. Well new way to look for TV but Best-buy web and people were helpful and TV was picked up with out any issues/

everything went well, the service geek squad very efficient, but i forgot to have them help me with my voice commAND, darn it, but i didn't want to call back because of the extra charge, my fault

If you’re looking for a tv with good quality picture for a decent price this is it. Always go for open box, marked down and are usually just used as floor models. Mine was and I ended up getting $100 off.

Absolutely love this TV. Colors are beautiful! Only complaint is how many dang buttons you have to hit to get to the sleep timer. That feature needs an individual button

Great display but the buttons on the remote are a bit hard to use. For example the volume button is a switch that you push up and down to raise and lower the volume.

Fantastic Television for a vey reasonable price. So glad that we purchased this TV at Best But due their exemplary service and knowledge of the products that they sell.

This tv has a great screen and a lot of the features I wanted but the remote is impossibly difficult to operate. The remote is not labeled well and there was not a guide

Bought a newer version of the same TV, that's how much I think it's worth it. The only comment is that I feel the software in this newer version is a bit slower than the previous.

got in and out in 10 minutes... explained to clerk what i wanted, was shown what he considered best for my criteria ... paid and was out... great experinece..very happy with purchase

The fellow that came to install my smart TV was very nice, polite, informative and did a great job. He took my old TV away and cleaned up after himself. TV works great.

Nice picture, sound only fair. Confusing and jumbled home screen with poor highlighting / navigation. Seems designed for Alexa voice control which works poorly.

. 3 star less just for the crappy remote. Why would you change the entire remote layout and features. Technology should make it better customer experience. Quality if the TV is great.

The tv is working great. The young man that helped me in store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained it all where I could understand it.

Geek Squad did a good job. Would suggest you state exactly what you want done ahead of time so that you don’t get surprised by additional costs the day of the install.
