Installed last week. This TV has a great picture and was easy to set up and add sound bar. It has a horrible remote. Thankfully I have an remote from my older SAMSUNG that allowed me to make adjustments to picture, etc. I also use my cable remote to select channels to watch because the remote included does not have numbers. What a shame, because otherwise it would be 5 stars.

So far it is excellent! It was easy to setup. We are hoping this Samsung lasts longer than the one it replaced. That one after the 3yr extended warranty was up (2weeks), developed a problem with the motherboard (picture start jumping up and down), it was good until then.

Great TV for a great price. Extremely easy to set up and the picture/sound quality are fantastic. Having the ability to use your Samsung device to help streamline the process is awesome. The transition from one app to the next is seamless. Overall great TV experience with no downside.

We did an extensive research, (like we always do) before settling on the Samsung. After several months, we've decided that it was a very good choice. Price, picture quality and ease of use are everything described.

Replaced our old plasma TV with this beauty. Gorgeous picture quality. Loved the Best Buy VR app that helped us see that this would fit on top of our cabinet. Unboxing and setup was easy. Once turned on set automatically found our internet, configured itself and was ready to go. We use this with our home theater AV processor, so 1 connection and picture and sound are great. Can't say anything about the internal speakers. And, we don't use the tiny remote. Our home theater remote synced right up. Our old plasma had great side viewing. This set's picture dims only slightly when viewed from the side. But the vivid colors and 4K definition make up for it. We have a Roku box, so we don't really need most of the built-in apps. But the internal Samsung+ app has some really good free channels. I also like that the set integrates perfectly with my Samsung phone. Couldn't beat Best Buy's price, apparent build quality of the set itself, and 4K picture quality.

I love this tv. The picture quality is great, the price was affordable considering its features. It stays reliably connected to the Wifi (the tv it replaced did not). And it is fairly easy to use, even my young sons can use it without needing my help. Overall good TV for the price.

First Samsung television and I am so satisfied. I was unsure what 4K entailed the clarity and pixels are amazing the picture looks 3D. I have many channels and apps already loaded on the television set. I enjoy that app which allows my phone to become a remote too. Love this item!

Easy set up, picture is great. Not a big fan of the Tizen interface for navigating the apps but it's probably because it's new to me and I'm used to something different. Before you buy, have the salesman let you operate the remote so you know what you are really getting into with the slow curser on the screen during searches. Other than that, I really like it.

Love this TV! If you’re upgrading from a standard set (1080p) the detail of 4K as well as the beignets and color will blow you away. There are better TVs but you have to spend a lot more for a little Improvement. I was a bit concerned that the TV had only 3 HDMI ports (our old one had 4) but the smart features are great making our Roku unnecessary. I also read some reports of bad off angle viewing - this is a response from either pixel peepers or people used to TVs that cost thousands of dollars. This had better than our precious set, and only a slight decrease in quality at very extreme angles. Simply put, this is an excellent choice for a balance of budget and quality: giving up features saves you very little money, and adding features gives you very little benefit with a high price tag. I highly recommend this TV unless you are on an absolute shoestring budget, or have more money than you know what to do with.

Picture quality is good, easy to operate and it’s light weight.

It was easy to set install. The Wall mount hanger that was recommended was very good and high quality. The set up was very easy and user friendly. The controller is very simple and easy to use. The quality of the picture and the sound are both good.

I recently purchased this TV to replace an old one and it is great!! The picture quality is great and it is very easy to setup and use. It has all the apps you need already loaded so is pretty much ready to go right out of the box. The picture quality and sound is really good!!

This television was easy enough to set up and mount on the wall above our mantle. The picture is incredible. We purchased a separate sound bar because others recommended it, and the sound bar is amazing, but totally unnecessary unless you really want that surround-sound effect.

This is my first smart tv. I love it. Easy to work remote, after being instructed by installer. I enjoy everything about it. I can mirror from Iphone and Ipad my church service each Sunday. This is wonderful. Glad I invested in the product. Picture is amazing.

I love this TV. We were debating about saving some money on the TCL but happy we chose the Samsung. Some reviews stated they thought remote of TCL was easier but you can actually do more with the Samsung TV. I can even change my direct TV channel with this one.

Upgraded from a 42" LG smart TV, and we made the right choice. Perfect size that will meet our needs for years. Easy set up and so many apps already loaded for quick access. We were able to easily add apps like Disney+ as well. We would purchase again. Very pleased.

This tv has excellent picture quality. Easy to navigate through the menus. Guys did awesome job setting it up for me. Answering questions for me. I would highly recommend this tv. Price and quality. Top notch.

The TV is good, the remote is problematic, and the picture is reasonable. This RV replaced a JU series from 2014. The biggest issue for me is the remote which is supposed to be better than the one I had. It isn't! instead of being able to change the screen size by on button, you now have to go thru a series of steps to do so. When you get to change it, it has 3 settings, 16x9, zoom, and custom. as I have Xfinity, which doesn't change to full screen automatically, manual change is all I can do. But, when I tried zoom it says it's not possible. So I can use only a portion of the screen. As to the picture it is good but there is very little effect in HD. HDR does not exist. I really expected better from Samsung but.... I do find it troubling that in the UK and Europe, this model comes with two -2- remotes.The one like I have and one like the older style.

I have had a smaller 32in Samsung TV for many years but this takes the cake 55 in is the great size beautiful picture bright colorful crisp clear and easy to set up. My recommendation for sound would be a soundbar added to this TV and it will become your home theater.
