The only downfall is the remote is somewhat confusing to use. It’s difficult to get from Netflix, Amazon or Hulu back to the Fios Channels. Otherwise, it’s a great buy

Sure, there are all kinds of splotchy LED areas when the screen is all black but during content it's unnoticeable. Not sure you can improve unless you spend twice the money.

Doesn't happen often and could be dependent on source of video. Other than that, all else is excellent.

I am sorry that you are experiencing slow processing with your TU8000 Crystal UHD Smart TV.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
