Purchased this tv in Dec 2020. For the first couple weeks worked fine but not often. Left for a month. When I returned used the tv daily. Started having multiple issues with tv losing connection to internet. The fix for this was to unplug the tv and power back on. This started happening several times an hour consistently. In addition the sound on my Samsung sound bar connected by hdmi would randomly cut out. Had to power off sound bar and back on to reconnect. Had a tech come out in March 2021. He replaced the main board. At first it worked fine. Was away again for a month. Using again now and having the same problems. Tried calling support to see if I had any options to give this tv back for a different model. The person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. Wound up hanging up. Main board has been replaced once. Doubt that another would help. Should have spent the money on a higher model

I have used sony tv and they were great. Expecting the same with this Samsung. Time will tell but so far so good.

If your TV is older than 7 years, any TV you buy will be far better quality and much cheaper than the TV you bought 7 years ago.

Service and sales were exceptional. I got it home plugged it in and it was the best TV picture that I've ever seen in my house.

Excellent 4k Smart TV. Love it no complaints. Great for Xbox Games.

It’s decent out of the box, but if you know how to tweak with the settings, you can make this TV shine! Watching 4K is AMAZING!

Perfect size TV and video quality is amazing. I wouldnt choose a different brand.

It’s a good tv for the price. You just have to figure out how to manually set the picture. I tried watching with the preset settings but the blacks looked a little off.

Not quite as sharp as advertised but well worth the cost. I paid for setup and I’m glad. The “expert” had to go through solving several “issues” during programming Prime Video, etc.

The Samsung flat screen TV seems to be working great! The several inputs in the back, have been very helpful.

This tv has worked awesome in the last almost year now. I bought the 65” of the same tv the year prior.

The gentleman, Dan, who installed tv was wonderful!! He was very patient with us, and explained everything very clearly!

Love love love! Samsung plus is amazing! Get channels I can’t get with my android box. I’m a happy joyful little camper!

Great tv for the price point. Deep colors, lots of settings and a full compliment of apps right out of the box.

It’s very light and does the job but it’s not great out of the box. The apps often need hard resets in order to work as well. It might be time to move on from Samsung TVs for the next one.

I have no experience to compare this TV set. It works and the picture looks good. So, after a few weeks I still like it.

Excellent tv for my parents bedroom. Their tv suddenly went out I purchased this one for them. They are happy with the purchase.

Excellent tv with out breaking the bank. Nice to have the smart home ability with the addition of smart home services.

I love everything about this tv. The screen is crisp & clear. It's easy to use. Love the SmartTV options. This is a great buy!
