Samsung customer service is a joke!

Off and on issue. Contacted Samsung customer service on 10/28. After over the phone trouble shooting failed. They sent out a "tech" on 11/19. I show the tech pictures of the error messages, as the TV worked perfectly while they were standing there. The "tech" changed a network setting and said "that's all I can do." Problem occurred 2 hours later. Call tech on cell phone and he said he would "let the boss know." I received multiple text message from the service company asking if the issue was resolved. I responded no 3 times over 2 weeks. They informed me to open another ticket with Samsung. 11/28 open second ticket for the same issue. Samsung engineer calls and remotes into the TV on 11/30. Over 90 network disconnection errors in under two months. I requested they replace the TV since problem was not resolved with in home service. They refused! Now waiting for my next appointment on 12/22. They claim they can fix the TV then. I have owned 3 Samsung TV over the past 16 years. There will not be a fourth! Buyer beware!
