    Constantly disconnects from Wifi

    Fair price and easy set up. However, this Tv constantly disconnects from the internet. I have tried all troubleshooting, on both my tv and modem. From my research this is a common problem with Samsung TVs. It’s annoying but if you don’t care about having to type in your WiFi password every morning it’s a great deal.

    Internal panel crack. My two years old kid pressed the screen and it cracks. Outside is perfect, only crack inside. Only 5 month. It was good deal, but it doesn't last long, that means it was so expensive. I have to buy another one because Samsung sent out technician and said warranty doesn't cover this issue. It cause few hundreds dollars to fix the screen. So, DO NOT buy it. I don't even trust other Samsung TV anymore.

    Seems like a decent tv overall, only thing I don’t like is the volume/ voices while watching a show don’t seem to line up with the lips moving on the people on tv. I guess it’s called audio delay and I’ve tried changing the audio delay settings with no success. Very annoying when trying to watch shows to say the least I’m hoping there’s a way to resolve the issue without having to return the tv.

    Our Best Buy is under construction so I bought this TV for our bedroom without actually being able to see it because of the high ratings on this site and the Samsung name. What I should've done is listen to the rtings.com review, also posted as an "expert" review on bestbuy.com. I noticed that if I was only 20-30 degrees to the side of the TV the brightness started to quickly dim. Thinking that this was a brightness issue, I kept the screen on vivid mode, which tends to wash things out a bit. My understanding is that poor viewing angle and poor brightness levels are symptomatic of a "VA" panel like this one, but the feature "deeper blacks". So... If your using this in a dimly lit room where you're always looking straight-on, this TV may be acceptable, but for me it wasn't. I returned this TV and purchased the LG UN7300, which was a little cheaper and features an "IPS" panel without the viewing angle and brightness issues. I gave this Samsung two stars because I do like the Samsung UI and build quality above the LG I ended up with. Additionally, Best Buy provided great service and returned the TV without issue, but when the screen is mediocre none of that really matters...
