I keep having to adjust the expert sound settings "Digital Output Audio Delay" for almost everything I watch like Netflix, Youtube, Amazon prime, and MLB at-bat. The Digital Output Audio Delay ranges from 0-250 and no matter which one I adjust it to, the audio continues to be a second delayed from the action displayed. You can notice this more when someone is talking and their lips finishes speaking the word almost a second late after the word has been said. Doesn't look fluent or smooth at all. Never had a problem like this on my previous tv sets and then all of a sudden, Samsung which is a very well known brand gives me nothing but headaches. What's worse is researching what would be a best tv for my room to be a waste of time and a constant headache. I literally need the picture to be half a second faster to match with the audio. That's it! If there's another alternative, please save me from this headache or I'm taking this purchase back to the store and I'll be done with Samsung

One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.
We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

The remote and menu wasn't hard to figure out. I watch Twitch and use other apps which can't cast to Samsung TV. Had to get a Chromecast to do the job. You would think that for a big company like Samsung this wouldn't be an issue but it is. Because of cast issue I won't be buying Samsung in the future

It baffles me how much time I’ve spent trying to fix it. It constantly turns on and off on its own, goes black whenever it decides, and has a life span of about a year! Not really worth it.
