This purchase was to replace a Samsung 50”. smart TV. It fills the need.

The price is right for this TV but it’s not as bright as I would have hoped.

Fits what i need it for. Has enough inputs and allows me to use the samrt features i need

I don't like it due to the picture and functionality, but my spouse loves it.

I bought this TV because the Samsung video at the store in my city advertised the product as being able to work with Google Assistant. I brought the TV home, set it up, and immediately ran into trouble connecting it with Google Assistant. Google Assistant does not even show up as a Voice Option like Samsung advertises in the video for this product. I tried everything, but nothing worked. Eventually I gave up and plugged the Chromecast into the back of the TV. I had been using Chromecast with my 8 year old Samsung Smart TV and loved it, as I could power up specific Netflix shows by simply asking Google to do it for me. However, this new TV would not accept instructions from Google like that. Ironically, this TV is advertised as having Voice Assistance, but it does not work as well as my 8 year old Samsung Smart TV in that regard. Perhaps the most frustrating thing is after spending several hours on this, I contacted Samsung support. They explained that Google Assistant is not an option in my geographical area. If this is the case, then they should not advertise it that way in the city where I live. I feel cheated, and that the TV was falsely advertised. Honestly, I didn't want to get rid of my 8 year old TV, but it was having trouble starting up. I thought that if I paid Samsung a couple hundred more dollars for a new TV, that I would be able to get all the features I had in the past *at minimum*. I never imagined that this new TV would actually give me less accessibility in Voice Assistance, when that's the point that they (falsely) advertise.

good so far hope it keeps working if anything go wrong I hope its in the first year

Remote control has no numbers on it and is very small. Hard to use with large hands

I don’t like the fact that I have to reset my internet all the time.

Sound takes too long to come on. Takes 1 to 2 minutes for the sound to come on.

85% I’m happy surfing around with the remote is horrible awkward I’m thinking to get a universal remote And even when I trued all the settings and is not bad I seen and own better colors and screen sharpness I just didn’t want to spend more Overall is fine and you got all you need without going to more $$

TV is good and it has enough ports on the back but its not the best picutre.

Sound not quite as good as i had hoped. Otherwise very happy with it.

Good tv the first 30 days. Then a black vertical line appeared. Best Buy was unwilling to provide assistance exchanging the tv because it surpassed 15 day return window. Buyer beware as it is only covered by manufacturer after short return window closes for 1 year. Thankfully Samsung is stepping up and providing warranty support. The tv was great till the line appeared and I am thankful Samsung is rectifying the situation. Prior to the line, a 5 star product but I have to lower the rating due to the defect.

TV is great but connecting it to the sound bar --not so much.

No better TV for the same money. Samsung is always a good value.

Good tv for the price. Can't turn off sound for sound bar. Have to mute tv.
