We bought this TV for use in the office and the picture looks pretty nice considering the overhead lighting and the fact that it is placed right near a window. The remote control is small, fits in your hand well and easy to use.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase! The color and picture of this T.V is very clear, the setup was easy, and the sound is a good quality. As usual, great service from Bestbuy.

Movies and games look crisp and smooth. The tv comes with some cool little features such as setting up a home ambient screen and it comes with a few apps My favorite being Apple Music.

After owning a 55" Samsung TV for over 9 yrs., we purchased the new TV only because we experienced a very near-by lightening strike and its result. We took advantage of the free delivery, and we were able to set the new one up with no difficulty as instructions supplied by the Best Buy web site and all that came packaged with the TV were more than adequate. We are very happy with the new one, as it provides an excellent picture as well as sound. We are also very pleased with the buying experience as our sales representative took the time and effort to answer all our questions and also provided a lot of worthwhile information.

Amazing picture and very easy to set up. Love the fact that the TV can control our Apple TV, which is needed due to the only downside of this TV. The Samsung OS doesn’t offer nearly as many streaming apps as android and iOS platforms do.

Great tv! Worth paying the extra above the 7 series. Better picture and remote. Awesome picture and sound, great apps. The Samsung tv channels are really good. Awesome tv!

We really love this smart TV. The price and quality is outstanding. Samsung makes a great product and it shows. We couldn’t afford the the Qued model but this one fits the bill.

I am extremely happy with my 55” Samsung smart tv. It works great and looks great. The volume is not quite as loud as my friend’s older Samsung tv, but my tv is still wonderful!

The TV is great! It was easy to put together and connect, the picture is amazing, and it’s simple to connect to the extra add on channels, Netflix, etc. We love it!

I replaced my T.V., with a same size, model. We are very pleased with it's performance, color quality, the new apps are so good it is hard to top. All around this purchase was sooo easily and then there was the delivery and set-up - that was a snap, the guys came in did what was needed, and left me a new T.V. with my equipment hooked up correctly. Now that was impressive as they went to job with ease and competence. All around we are totally satisfied. It has quite some time that I got such good quality service. Seems that is hard to find these days. Thanks for a job well done; until next time we will be back.

We needed a T.V. that would work well with the internet and this one does the trick. Its color is great and vibrant. The sound is not the best and now see why everyone uses outside speakers for T.V.s now. The remote is very easy to use.

big screen, but light and thin. Crystal clear resolution. Very easy to navigate the on screen menu. We hung it up in extra bedroom and it looks great hanging on the wall.

This Samsung 55" LED tv has all the "normal' features of a smart tv, and then some. Great apps come installed. Picture and sound are great, and apps are easy to navigate.

I love this TV. I started with a 65". It was so good i updated our other TV with a 55". Then, i added a 43" to our bedroom. Great TV, especially for the price.

Tv picture quality is awesome ... love this smart tv ... don’t need a fire stick with it ... & it switches between apps in seconds ... no delay time at all ...

This is a fine TV. Easily connects to internet and has many options to choose from. The sound is very good as is too. Easy to use remote. I recommend this tv.
