We were looking for a 55 inch TV that didn't necessarily have to have all the bells and whistles. Well, I feel like we ended up with much more. The picture quality is great. Too be honest I haven't done much more than turn the TV on and off but I know it has the capability to access your PC, laptop, or mobile device. The remote is sleek and takes some getting use to but with a little time you'll figure it out. All in all for this price point I feel like we got our money's worth.

Legit a great 4k TV for a decent price. We are able to hook up 2-3 gaming consoles to it without any issues. Brite colors and easy remote.

Our other 50" TV went out and when we went looking, we could only find the very small and the very large TVs. We wanted to see the actual picture on a working TV. We also found that 50 to 60 inch TVs were very hard to find and because of the virus, most stores were closed. We took a chance and because we has 2 other Samsung TVs we were happy with, we bought a 55" Samsung Series 8 Crystal UHD. It turned out to be a very good choice. It was easy to set up, and even though the controls are different it works well. We are happy with this choice.

Crystal clear picture. Great sound. Easy to setup. Great selection of apps to install. After about a month of use, no issues at all.

This is my first big screen and smart TV and I'm blown away by it. The picture is so sharp. Easy setup and lots of features.

Even though our old 47” television was still giving us a great picture, it had become outdated and was lacking some of the things that the new sets offered, such as extra HDMI ports and Eco Sensor which adjusts the TV brightness automatically. All and all, a fantastic product and the Best Buy salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, the installer was very efficient and knowledgeable too!
