I was considering Vizio, TCL and Hisense tv's for my game room. I didn't need anything high end so after consulting with a few blue shirts at Best Buy, I opted for this Samsung 8 series tv. It didn't take long to get it set up and I can say that the picture quality is not bad at all. Of course it's smart and using Samsung's Tizen operating system, There are preinstalled apps and you can download more as you see fit. So far so good. I'm glad I went with this brand and model. I admit that I am a bit spoiled having OLED tv's in my home but for my game room this tv is a good fit.

Great upgrade from the store brand (Insignia). Nice, clean features on the remote. Easy set-up right out the box. Plus the screen is amazing.

We went with this TV because the picture was better and with what the sales person told us. We came in to look at a cheaper TV but when we were shown the difference in picture quality it was an easy choice to pay a little more and get what we wanted. The sales person also talked us out of getting the bigger screen we came in looking for. The sales person knew what they was talking about and was able to show us why we wanted what we got.

You can never go wrong with a Samsung TV. Excellent quality and perfect picture. Easy to install and set up.

Excellent color, clarity; very easy to set-up, followed graphic instructions which came with tv.

Picture and sound are great. The only negatives are that the smart remote has very few of the options that we’re used to. There are no numbers on the pad for direct channel changes. Instead,you must speak to Bixbie, or go into the tv menu to search for channels, or to change input sources. Too many steps for a simple channel change. The other negative is that it only comes with an internal emanual, which is hard to navigate while making changes to TV settings. None of this is probably an issue with the younger techies, but can be challenging to the seniors like me.

Great TV, easy to use and great picture. Mainly use for Xbox series X gaming and game mode is great!
