Great TV

Very intuitive, without saying so it seems to know I want the news first thing in the morning. I don’t have cable. It’s showing me built-in streaming news. Picture and sound quality are both great. I see no need for a screen larger than this.

Samsung Smart TV Review

Set up was a disaster and very difficult to get through the process. We were have much difficulty setting up the Samsung TV to the Century Link cable connection. We had the Geek Squad stop by to assist-which worked out fine. Also, the remote to these TV's are a disaster! Very difficult to work with and a lot of key strokes to change channels - Beyond these areas- a very nice TV.

The installers were prompt and courteous and I was very happy with the quality of their work. I was a bit concerned by a notice on-screen that the UHD was not great due to the source. This only came up once and never again so far in the 2 weeks that I have had this tv.

Geek Squad Warranty Replacement of an Older Unit

The extended warranty allowed GS to replace it with the updated version. It is more stable that the previous version, has all the Apps I use, good picture quality and does what I need it to do. The speakers are a little weak, but passable. No issues with this TV.

Brightness and colour saturation take a knock compared with Samsung’s pricier QLEDs, but its detailed picture, fantastic smart TV system and strong upscaling performance still offer plenty to like.

Comes with Samsung tv giving you tons of extra channels. Great value! Only downside is it often reverts to the tv sound instead of my surround system i just haven't put the effort into figuring it out yet beefsteak it's not really a big deal
