The initial start up installed my U Verse access automatically, however, I have since lost the icon from the list and the Smart TV accessory will not reload the icon. The program and access to U Verse is still on the TV, but, I have to click through several access points to open it. The remote control is only partially functional. I have to use 2 different remotes to operate the TV

This tv is great!

I’ve had it for awhile now and the resolution is so good. I use a soundbar so I can’t really comment on the sound but the everything else is great. I love the menu bar and the ease of use for all of the streaming apps or internet. So far I haven’t had any problems.

Picture quality looks great. The delivery guys were great and was happy to watch them haul away the PDP display and our massive 30” Samsung CRT(!) widescreen TV. My only very minor complaints: 1. Only one optical TOSLINK audio out connection. A 3.5mm or other line-level audio out connection would have been nice. 2. Component video connection would have been nice.

In fact, it’s the only thing I took in my divorce. Apps are built in, you don’t need an external device like a Roku, it can connect to Alexa. Great stuff.

We have always had Vizio televisions. After reading a number of reviews we decided to try Samsung. Thus far we are not disappointed. The picture is really good. I was most impressed with the set-up process. I had to download an application and the rest was really simple.
