This is a great tv for the price. Has great colors and a nice picture. The only annoying thing is when you plug in an hdmi you sometimes have to unplug the tv to get the tv to recognize the device, so kind of annoying if you unplug and plug back in devices. Other than that I have found nothing wrong with it.

We really like the picture quality now. At first the picture was almost too HD and looked like live footage instead of a polished film strip (if that makes sense) but we changed a few things in settings and the picture is much better now. We are going to return this to the store because we have realized that we would like a bigger screen. Nothing wrong with the t.v just wanting a bigger screen.

Love that this tv has Bluetooth and Alexa has a great picture ! The sound is a lot better than most tv’s .lots of apps already installed the some people have complained about the remote it is smaller than they use to be could be bigger but so far not having any problems with it so that’s not a big deal for me!

I have it only a four, it would be a five If the quality of the picture was a tad better. The tv stand is week. That really is the only real problem I see. The picture is great and I got exactly what I paid for. I am really happy over all. I would recommend it to any one. The service at Best Buy was superb. The sales person really knew his tv’s. He also had a lot of patience.

This is a new tv for our new home. It was an upgrade to our non smart tv. We eventually put it in our bedroom. For some reason it disconnects from the internet every night. But I just hold the power button down on the remote to reset it.

I needed a TV fast for an event, and this one was in stock for next day delivery. Turns out it was a good buy, even though it wasn’t on sale. Lots of features and the picture looks good, even in the outside patio. Sound is pretty good too for a flat screen. My son also is using it for video games and likes it.

Good TV. Lightweight. Easy to set up. Great Picture! Recommend Samsung TV for sure ... especially if you want the Comcast Xfinity App! The remote, however, also controls our other Samsung TV. Both TV turn on and off with each others' remotes. We just deal with it although it is annoying. Great Product!

I think if you've decided to buy this TV for basic entertainment then this is a good choice. I bought it for my bedroom and used it to watch movies online so its quality is just enough. I just want to emphasize that it's worth the money you pay for a basic smart TV with such a good screen and sound.

It's Awesome! A Big Upgrade from my other television. Getting use to the 4K quality. I brought it for my Playstation 5,and the graphics just Blows my mind! I've purchased a soundbar to make the sound Outstanding! I'm on Vacation for the next few weeks. I Enjoy watching movies and playing my game.

This TV is amazing, it has great quality and has many features and apps I use.

I purched my Samsung 55" Smart TV. I did plan to by another model but was advised by the person helping me that with a little more money a little bit better unit. I was not pushed into doing the next one up but shown the diffrence. Very happy with my purchase and have enjoyed my TV very much.

Bought this on sale and it has every feature I wanted in a TV and MORE. I was looking to replace my 32 inch that got damaged when I moved and this was less than what I paid for that 32 inch 5 years ago. Great sound so far and the picture quality is awesome. Love being able to see al my movies in 4k UHD!

This tv was easy to set up. It has a great picture and almost every app that I use.

Picture quality is good but volume is not up to the mark. Remote is not that handy.

My second Samsung TV and not a bit disappointed. The picture quality is absolutely fantastic. Bought Samsung Sound bar which I hooked up from optical out on TV. Also added wireless headphones and wow incredible sound through the headphones. Will be adding a third Samsung shortly.

It may not be your top of the line fancy tv but its a Samsung and I feel like you get quality products from them in just about everything they put out. Picture quality is great, sound is solid, and you can download basically every app you need for streaming. Would definitely recommend this product.

Upgrading from an 11 year old 39" TV, this large TV works well in the hearth room. And for those with a home built in the 90s who have the TV cubbies so common then: this TV covers up the cubbie and has great features. My only fail: I should have had Geek Squad come out and program all the remotes!
