    The time spent to make sure it was the one we wanted was well spent. We used the BB app, very user friendly. That's what I personally always use. We picked it up and service was quick and friendly. Item is as described. Nothing missing. Very easy to set up and use. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

    The tech who did the installation and delivery was very nice. He went above and beyond for us. He was nice and on time. Helped set up everything and made sure it was working correctly before leaving.

    Just built a new house with a large room with a bar, purchased three TV's for that room. Best Buy rep at store was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right TV for the room.

    Good TV for the price. It’s been about a year and I’m starting to notice some dark spots/lines on the screen. It’s not that noticeable when you’re watching something bright. But, when there are darker scenes or grey backgrounds it’s very apparent. Will be trying to reach out to support soon to see if this is a common issue. Might be time to jump ship.

    Normally the products I have purchased are enjoyable. This last purchased was damaged and I an currently awaiting a new delivery after several weeks.

      I am very sorry to see that your screen exhibited cracks upon opening and setup. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of damage, a TV is a very fragile device and can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, internal damage could have been done.

    TU8000 screen colors too dark poor colors

    I like the TV but the screen colors too dark poor colors With my old Samsung TV 1080P THE screen has a very rich colors I am confused, The TU8000 Its nice TV but the Problem is from the screen poor colors and very dark By the way I'm using this TV TU 8000 for my playstation Pro I don't know maybe i change it to TU7000? I think I will return this TV.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.

      Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic

      Or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness

      You can further adjust your sharpness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    Bad picture quality. Gray uniformity is noticeable and distracting. It also has annoying bright spots.

    Broke down less then 3 months of use and getting it repair or replaced is impossible from Samsung. Visio has a better support save your money, will never buy Samsung again.
