The only thing that I'm not satisfied with is that it has started to give me trouble with the airplay feature.

Decent picture quality while watching 4K programs and have all the primary streaming services like Google, Apple, HBO Max, Prime Video and others available.

I bought a Samsung soundbar with subwoofer package to beef up the output, which is a first for me. I'm very happy with my purchases, which allowed me to pass on my 55" LED to a family member who could use it.

Our Sister-in-law purchased one and hers has been working well too. The Smart TV apps and connections help reduce the number of remotes. As soon as we can coordinate some of the cable / streaming TV remote options it will be awesome.

This is pretty much what I wanted. Bright and beautiful colors and true 4K quality. Would highly recommend if you’re not trying to spend too much this holiday season.

My only complaint is that the bluetooth connection to my LG soundbar automatically disconnects after about 10 minutes. Had to use the hardwire connection, which is fine. But then requires use of the soundbar remote to control sound.

The apps seem pretty thorough and abundant. The only tiny complaint is that the audio seems a bit unregulated. I.e., we have to ride the volume button on the remote more than we do on other tv's.

Easy set up guide to walk you thru,colors just pop at you. The apps are an added plus that extends your viewing options, I just need the time to explore them. Can't wait to add a sound bar.

55" Sumsung Crystal UHD tv

After research, we decided to stick with the Samsung brand and chose one slightly larger (55"). We have no complaints whatsoever about our choice.

It was easy to set up the only down side I have is I wish the speakers were better I have to turn the volume up much higher then I did with my old Samsung, that being said I am totally happy with everyting else

The picture is amazing! Truly stunning. Overall I have no complaints except it is slightly hard to set up. I am not the most tech savvy person so that part is slightly frustrating but that is more my own issues than the TVs. Overall would recommend. Excellent size for the space.

Beautiful picture for both 4K content as well as the content that is upscaled. Sound is decent but always better with a soundbar/audio system. Highly recommend this TV.

I am very sorry that you are having some Wi-Fi connection issues.
You may want to go through these steps:
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
