Picture is good. Sound is better than my old TV. Very easy setup, just turn on and follow instructions. Good port options for connecting other devices to it. Includes Samsung TV, which has some nice channels if you don't want to hook up to regular TV bundle.

I love this TV. The picture is amazing and I have had no problems with this product at all since being purchased. This TV looks great while playing games on my Xbox Series X and even while watching Netflix/Hulu/etc. I would defiantly suggest this tv.

This tv is Great, purchased 08.18.2020! Iam a big fan of LG and Samsung but the all the features included were a better price especially with it being a 2020 model. By the way this is my first with Samsung, my other large screen is an LG and love them both.

I purchased three of these TVs for our new home and was not impressed with the image quality and the features. I no longer need additional devices to use all of my subscription services. I am a loyal Samsung customer and this TV exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to buy the QN60 to have a better view in bright rooms but thanks to the advice of a Sales rep from you guys I bought this and I am so glad I did. The colors are really beautiful in this tv and my son is loving it with his game consoles.

i bought this after my 4 year old LG failed....extremely happy, extremely....color is incredible.....platform is user friendly and you get samsung tv channels with it, not a lot of good stuff on it but a nice perk....highly recommend..

Got this TV on sale and I'm very happy with the purchase. The image quality is great for the price range, and the Samsung user interface is helpful. The sound, like all TVs nowadays, leaves something to be desired, so make you you get a sound bar as well.

I bought this TV for my teenage son to keep him from hogging our TV to play video games. After doing a comparison with similar TVs, this has the most features for the money. I always but Samsung TV. I like the brand. The extended warranted was reasonable.

This was a first time purchase of a larger TV . I have previously purchased a SAMSUNG TV ...that's why I purchased another one, because of how satisfied I was with the picture quality and sale price!!

We purchased the 55” Samsung 4K to replace an older set. Setup was very quick and straightforward. The set is connected to a cable box but switching over to streaming over WiFi is a snap. Picture clarity is great. I highly recommend this model.

I've had my TV for only a few weeks, and this is my first smart TV, so I'm still learning all the features. PRO: incredible clarity and color. CON: Bixby feature not so user-friendly, in my opinion. I keep asking Bixby to change the channel to CNN but it keeps going to MSNBC. I still have a lot to learn but so far I'm pleased.

Exactly what I wanted. The picture is crystal clear as advertised! And it was excellently priced. Not only is it a quality tv, but Best Buy is now my new go-to for all household appliances, tech products, etc. I'm a happy customer!

Upgrade bigger size I had 50-inch tv for 6 years, pictures start to fade, and got a bigger size of new 55-inch tv. The new 55-inch tv is excellent and very sharp clear and sharp colors. Love the 4K and HDR pictures/colors are super.

Love this great quality sound for a small home picture is very clear as well!! I added a sound bar only so when I host patty’s i can play music but this tv has built in apps and has everything at your fingertips

With the exception of the sensor that asks me to stream to the tv from my phone, everytime someome walks in front of it, i love it! Love the amount of channels you get. I havent had cable in years. Great picture. Im very satisfied with my purchase. Perhaps one day ill figure out how to disable the sensor, for now I'll enjoy it

Good tv for the value. Clear picture and easy to use.

This makes a great conference room monitor. As an architecture firm we use this for video conferencing and reviewing large drawings at full size with our clients. Crystal clear graphics and decent built in sound make this monitor a great fit for our needs.
