Wife had purchased another TV on her own and at 10 month mark picture went out. She did not want to wait for warranty servicing (not a best buy TV) so I bought her this one. She really likes the clarity and the fact that it syncs with our TV provider.

We were so happy to have been helped by the young man sales rep .who helped us at the Santa Fe store he had knowledge of the product purchased and was able to answer all our questions . now time for the set up..series 8 Samsung tv.

We were looking to purchase a low cost smart tv and we found it. It was set up quickly and easily. It has all the features we were looking for. The picture and sound are great, even when we don't run it thru our sound system. Very happy with this tv.

For the price, this Samsung 55" Class 8 Series LED 4K UHD tv has been more than we expected. With all the apps we normally used with Roku preload, our preferred entertainment viewing became easily accessible on a crystal clear screen.

This is our first Smart TV and I was impressed with how easy it was to sync it with our cable service and streaming services. After a few simple steps it was up and running and we were watching TV. It has excellent picture quality and good sound too.

Excellent TV for Budget 4k TV line. This is my first 4k TV and I got mostly for gaming and watch movies. The picture quality is amazing I just wished the UI was less laggy but it not so bad. Definitely recommend if u don't want to spend 1k on a 4k TV.

After searching large computer monitors for an office conference room, I decided on this Samsung 55" Class 8 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. There is clarity when viewing .pdf AutoCad drawings on the screen. It works great!

The Samsung 55" TV has a nice picture and wasn't too hard to set up. Setting up with an older Samsung soundbar was harder than expected. The remote controller is an odd curved shape that likes to fall off and over all the time. Works well with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon using the more stable Roku controller.

I judge a product based on their image quality and price. I believe I got a good deal for a TV of such good image quality. Note that I bought this for my daughter’s room. She doesn’t appreciate high quality image so this TV is really good for her.

My old TV was about 11 years old. I can hardly believe the difference between old and new TV. Picture and sound have improved so much. Smart TV an extra bonus. I had it mounted above my fireplace on a swivel mount. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased my first samsung smart tv from best buy. I like best buy curb side pick up service. no wait time for your order pick up. my samsung smart tv picture quality are the best. features, looks are very cool. my future 65inch will be samsung.

Great Tv. Didn’t plan on buying cable so the smart tv feature is perfect. Runs any subscriptions I have (Netflix, Hulu, etc) The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the legs that come with the tv are extremely small and really puts my on edge thinking it could fall over at any time. Would definitely recommend hanging the tv

Although I love bleeding edge technology, this TV is excellent for the price. The interface leaves something to be desired, but in my opinion that's better left to a dedicated device such as an Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, or Nvidia Shield anyway.

Great tv for a bedroom, great picture at seduced price

Great picture, sound is excellent. The only problem is the cheap remote that comes with it. I replaced my “old” Samsung 55” with this newer version. I solved the worthless remote problem, by using my “old” remote. I’m a happy consumer, now.

The picture quality is better than advertised, it’s a Samsun product so expect this tv to work as promised if not better. Easy to use the smart functions and allows for a smooth browsing experience when accessing the internet functions. Great tv

We have an aerial antenna for local television and were pleasantly surprised to find that Samsung TV Plus gives us more free content via the internet, in addition to having Amazon Prime & Netflix baked into the tv software and on the remote-control.

This TV makes me wonder why I didn't upgrade sooner. the picture quality is amazing. I'm still confused as to what all this TV can do but we are getting there. Best Buy made quarantine buying easy but nothing replaces a knowledgeable sales person.

Clear, colorful realistic picture. Includes easy access to many channels and an app for Spectrum channels. Overall an excellent TV. This is our third Samsung. Learning the subtle controls on the remote is challenging, however.
