I would say that I am pretty good with tech but this TV was a little finicky to setup and use. That being said the picture is gorgeous at this price point and fits my room nicely

We had our TV go out and bought this cause the price was perfect in our budget. Only reason it’s a 4 star is the screws we needed for our tv mount didn’t come with and we had to make an extra trip to another store to get the right size. Otherwise this TV is amazing. The picture is a huge upgrade from our old tv.

Wasn't sure what to expect but trusted the reviews. Reviews were right and this Samsung TV provides value for the money. It meets what I was after: news, information, some sports and movies. Sound bar helps add to the enjoyment.

Great picture. Colors are vibrant. Very enjoyable to watch. It was quickly and professionally installed by Best Buy. The delivery person was knowledgeable about the television and able to program my remote with no trouble.

Having been using Samsung TVs for a while, it's great to see two major improvements in terms of superior sound quality and picture quality compared to the predecessor LED Samsung TV I have had. This is great quality for great price.

This is a great tv. The picture is crisp and the sound is really good. It almost sounds like surround sound. The sound seems to come from out in the room sometimes. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a good tv.

Nice TV, better than the older 7000 Series, which broke in a little more than one year. Be sure you purchase the extended warranty. If I had done that for the defective 7000 series Best Buy would have replaced or repaired it.

55" 4k direct lit LED screen. I like the mat finish as it mostly eliminates screen reflections and glare. This is a year 2020 model. Plenty of things to see just using the Samsung TV Plus app. Well worth the price.

I purchased a LG 4k Smart TV and the picture quality was good if you stood front and center. I exchanged it for the Samsung 8-series and I'm so glad I did. Worlds apart. I really like the Samsung much better. Audio & Video.

I purchased this 55 for my daughter for her new home and for Christmas. Picture quality is awesome they love it. Could not find a better deal as I shopped extensively. The sound is great without an extra sound bar.

Great TV. I have several Samsung TVs so this one was a no-brainer. Very happy with all of them and this one is no different. I wish Samsung's kitchen appliances were as good as their TVs.

Beautiful picture, has great sound. Good price. Having difficulty figuring out how to connect the recently purchased Bose sound system because the output connectors are less in number than the last TV we had.

My old TV was over 12 years old and starting to fade. I was pleased with the price of my 55 inch Samsung and I have to figure out how to set it up it’s been amazing. Love how big the screen is and how clear the picture is.

Television has excellent picture quality. The remote leaves a lot to be desired. I have had to use the remote from my other Samsung television to get the television setup properly. I do like the television but hate the remote. I gave the TV an overall rating of good due to the poor remote design.

This smart TV was purchased for the purpose of viewing videos in my craft room. I am even more impressed with how clear and vibrant the picture quality is. I am very happy with my purchase and the price was well worth it.

Love it! Easy set up, CLEAR PICTURE, nice sound, it would be nice if the remote had a backlight for easy use in the dark but for the price .... I’m Satisfied. I actually thought about buying another one ... lol.

Great picture and sound. Synced up to my Samsung phone quickly and smoothly. Awesome delivery- very kind man who even carried my TV up the flight of stairs to my apt. Just buy it, and from Best Buy. No regrets.

This size is great for a bedroom or living room...it plays crystal clear...it comes with free Samsung plus tv...it came with a bunch of apps...it’s just really a nice tv and it’s worth the price...I love it!

I have had this TV for almost 2 months. I am pleased with the picture and sound quality. I am hard of hearing and I find that I do not need a sound bar with this TV. I am upgrading from a 7 year old Samsung.

Replaced a 1080 LCD with this 4k LCD the biggest improvement is the increased pixels much better detail and bulit in Netflix & prime The experience with Best Buy was very good too. We will shop Best Buy again
