Thought this would suffice as a standard HDTV, but I was mistaken. Burn-in appeared on top of screen on the 12th day of owning this TV. Always handled the TV w care. Purchased brand-new as well. Returning it. Save your money for a quality product instead.

The Samsung TV has been really good foe the past 3 years. The color is great with crisp colors. The sound and audio is wonderful. We do have a sound bar (same brand) hooked up so it directs the audio and sound forward instead of coming from behind the TV. I really enjoy that I can use the SmartThings App as well as the Smart streaming services. Overall, this has been a really great TV. Highly recommend it.

Brought it home, kids excited, and a big line going down the tv screen. Can’t wait to haul it back to the store.

Great TV! I bought this back in 2021, and it was a returned TV, so I got it at a discount! Still looks great, works great, sounds great! Perfect buy for me! Never had an issue!! And still was able to get a warranty!

TV broke 15 days after purchase. Horrible experience

I got it back in 2020 and this is the best decision I made because the sound is great as well as the picture quality. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I have to say this latest version is a rock-star! I finally upgraded my UN40KU6300 (2016) to this model and couldn't be happier! I am LOVING the integrated 'Smart Remote' that just works! I had a similar remote with my last set but this one adds Alexa to the mix! Great move Samsung. The only complaint, and a mild one, is the position of the quick access buttons under the volume and channel selectors. For the first couple of weeks, I was constantly hitting them. The set-up is ridiculously simple! The initial wizard was accurate and detected everything I connected without issue. I completed it in under 15 minutes from Box to playing games on my Xbox. (I do have an IT background but this set is really easy to set up!) I love the fact that I just select 'optical' and I can control my surround system! The colors are bright, clear, and super sharp. To me the whole picture quality is great. Everything is customizable to tailor to an individuals taste. If you live by the Samsung ecosystem and have a newer Samsung Smart Phone, the two integrate seamlessly allowing you to push videos and other content with ease. The selection of Applications to use is pretty good. Seems like more are being added all the time. Netflix, Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus are quick linked on the remote and offer a ton of programming. Samsung TV Plus has a plethora of free channels with minimal commercials. Great features with an affordable price, Samsung really came though with this one! Thanks!

Very good TV I have no issues with it great picture, we also bought a samsung soundbar model HW-T415/ZA connecting it to the tv was easy the sound came right through no having to set up anything and the remote to the tv and soundbar is easy to use. I am very pleased with this tv Samsung Crystal UHD 55" Class 8 Series LED 4K. I also bought this tv because it has components I was able to connect my old Wii Station.

Two people can unbox and set up this tv easily. Be sure to have a blanket covered surface to lay the set down for installing the stands which is pretty simple since the top of them are marked F for the front and they will only snap in one way. Great picture. Color and clarity are very good at Standard settings There is no motion distortion Sports and fast action no problem. The speakers are, well, tv speakers but no problem, this set has three HDMI connections. One is HDMI eArc. so adding a sound bar or system is pretty simple. It even has Anytime HDMI+ setting if needed in the list of settings. This set has Alexa installed, but you have to use the mic button on the remote to use it. That is a bit of an adjustment if you are used to voice control. Have a rooftop antenna which pulls in all our locals but Samsung TV Plus wifi has many channels including some streaming locals. The remote is basically a universal remote. Requires a bit of experimentation and e-manual search but should not be a problem for the tech savvy. So far so good.

I purchased this 55"Samsung TV for my new livingroom. Loved the TV the Apps the ease of use the color and the stunning picture. It was on open item but I have purchased open box before and had a great experience so was confident everything would be fine if the Geeks said it was fine. But it failed almost immediately and that is the only reason I am one star short of a high five. Best Buy no longer had any of this model available but they helped me figure out which TV they did have and they exchanged it for me no question. Very helpful caring team member made the whole process easy. As I write this the new set is still in the box but hope to get it out of the box and onto the wall. And yes this one too is open box certified and I am 100% comfortable with that because of the Customer Service I receive from Best Buy!

Outstanding picture quality compared to competitors and at a competitive price. Top of the category.

I enjoy how virtually all devices are able to display over a network almost seamlessly and this T.V. makes it as easy as possible. Easy setup and walkthrough, packed with options, settings and individual features(game mode, background ambience, etc.) and also displayed a self install wizard on my Marantz Receiver that I hadn't wanted to take the time to read the novel of a manual to begin with. Reasonable price, at least when i purchased it, and so far no problems at all. I will say if mounted flexible stand/mount, it does feel weak in strength holding itself up. Nothing else aside from that.

We were served by your employee, Terry, who was extremely helpful and provided the best service ever. The TV was easy to set up and begin receiving over the air channels. We enjoy the features of this TV and found the APPS easy to install and use. We love being able to watch free movies from several APPS which are available, and we also love the Samsung "Extra" Channels built right into the TV. The picture is clear, sound is great, and the remote is easy to use. I would highly recommend this product and Best Buy to my friends.

The size is great and looks amazing on the wall. I love the thin border and the simple remote. The smart TV function is also easy and I didn't feel I needed to buy an Apple TV for the room. I also surprisingly like the Samsung TV Plus. The one issue I have with the TV and the reason it lost a start is that it loses the internet connection all the time. It didn't do this in the beginning so I am not sure if it was an update that caused the issue. An example of how often it loses the internet connection: Today I turned on my TV to watch a movie on HBO and the TV didn't have connection (while all other devices in the house do) To reestablish internet I have to go into settings and reset the network then reconnect as if for the first time (luckily I do not have a complicated password). About an hour into streaming the movie the internet in my TV went out. I had to take the steps listed above to finish my movie. I then turned off the TV to do some stuff around the house. That was about 3-4 hours ago. I now just turned on my TV and internet is not working on the TV and I need to reestablish a connection. This may not be so annoying if I used traditional cable or was watching DVDS but since just about everything I watch is through a streaming service its pretty annoying. While I am marking this item as "would not recommend to a friend" if Samsung could fix the internet issue I would definitely recommend the TV

Best tv I’ve ever owned. It’s light and was easy to pickup and get home and into the house. It set up easy and was easy to get into the internet. Picture is fabulous. We bought a sound bar and that’s a must have as the tv sound is not a+. Love the apps. This was the second one we bought - sent this one to my mom!

Have had the tv going for about two weeks now and it has met my expectations. After 12 years of having the same HDTV, I decided to upgrade after a home renovation was completed. The picture quality is excellent and setting the tv up was seamless. I am using a Google Home Mini to control the tv as well as the provided remote. Apple Airplay is nice as well as the provided apps built into the tv. I do not have the tv mounted, but am using a tv stand. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the legs never really feel like they lock into place, but once you set the tv upright the weight of the tv will lock the legs securely. The only two negatives I have noticed so far are that the WIFI range is very short on the TV, so I had to install a WIFI extender. Additionally, their is a bit of lag when scrolling through the guide on directv as an example. Overall, I do not regret the purchase. The TV is sleek and the picture is fantastic.

This is an impressive TV. Some of the bad reviews made me hesitate, but I’m glad we just went ahead and bought it. If you’re a videophile, maybe it won’t live up to your expectations. But if you’re going from regular TV to 4K, this is plenty - you will be wowed! It feels solidly built, and has a nice design. Set up was super easy - had it going with our Roku within two minutes. Also, Best Buy delivered it for free, delivery was on time and the guys were super nice. All in all, VERY happy with this purchase.

The 80's movie are super crisp as if they wanted you to see them. Don't know what camera type they had shooting those movies, but they come in fantastic on this tv. It did go green screen 1 1/2 years into having it. I trudged through it for about 3 hours and it came back to how it was. I was stubborn and broke was just watching regular tv and it seemed to right itself. still go on 11/2023.
